B. Hazlett is one of your greatest assets. She treats people like they are the most important people that walk in the shop or call on the phone. Many times I am out of state with questions and she always comes through... I had to deal with customers for over forty years. My boss repeated many times , "Remember they pay are bills, they're always right ." Thanks Bailie. Got MY KEY ISSUE SQUARED AWAY !One person on the team on 1/16/2016 must have gotten something terribly sour in her oatmeal. Maybe someone could help Julie Crawford before it's too late.

We had my wife's car repaired at #1 Cochran after an accident. They were very professional and they were able to answer all of our questions about the repair process. The repairs were completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the quality of the work was excellent. Big thanks to Daniel Ley and his staff.

I had an appointment on Monday, June 30, 2014 at9:15. Everyone was friendly & my service was prompt. Ballie said it would take about 2 hours and she called when the work was completed. I have been very satisfied with all the work done at this facility. Will be taking my vehicle in for inspection & oil change in October.

We purchased a used Cadillac SRX "as is" and had a problem within 2 weeks of purchase. Ed Hickman and Dave (service mgr for Dodge repair) went above and beyond to fix the problem - even sending the car out to another of their service shops in Monroeville to make sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction - and will no charge to us.

After purchasing several cars from Eric Schoenberger, he has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our strong satisfaction with #1 Cochrans service has continued well after the initial sale. My wife and I have always received excellent quality service from Cochran, but Eric has consistently gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations as customers. He has also been a strong advocate for us when helping to facilitate service repair issues with General Motors and Kia. This sometimes involved arranging and personally delivering transportation during weekends and off-hours, thus minimizing inconvenience to us.Bill Heffelfinger who has very recently assisted us with a GM service repair issue should also be recognized and commended. Bill coordinated with both the GM factory warranty center and Cochran Service to ensure that our repair was executed seamlessly and to our complete satisfaction. Erics and Bills exemplification of great customer service is the reason why my wife and I remain to be loyal customers to the #1 Cochran of Allegheny Valley dealership. Troy J.

Eric provided the best experience I ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I even paid more for the car knowing it was more than the market but his service made it worth the extra cost. He did your dealership proud and of over the 20 or 30 dealerships that I contacted over the internet to purchase my vehicle long distance you were only one of 2 who walked the walk and talked the talk of treating your internet customers as true clients. The others were basically worthless and didn't take the task seriously. They were basically rude, unresponsive and lazy. Your dealership should feel very fortunate to have a man such as Eric as one of your employees. He even picked me and my 2 boys up at the bus station when the bus was over 3 hours late. I was very thankful that he took care of us. He even let me follow him to my hotel and gave me directions to the hotel and dealership for my morning drive. Who does that these days? I will tell you Eric at #1 Cochran does. The other dealerships salesman couldn't see the future or benefit of dealing with a client who was buying long distance. They were too short sited in their thinking and could only see the customers that were right in front of their faces. In my opinion if you are going to sell over the internet "sell over the internet!" That means do it right, often and with passion. Just as you would if that customer was right in your face. I researched for a month to find the right car and I knew what I wanted and finally after all that time I found Eric at Cochran. Finally thanks again Eric. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I called ahead, and Carly set up the appointment, then emailed it to me. When I arrived, Terry Hoyt greeted me and introduced me to Erich Shoeneberger. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and the way I was treated at Cochran was outstanding. They don't try to beat you up on price and the car I was buying was priced very competitively priced. The whole transaction was transparent. No hidden fees, or expensive warranty sells, no high pressure sales guys. Just an easy and comfortable transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks Terry and Erich, great job!

Kevin, simply stated, is the best. The factor that sticks out the most is that he actually cares about the customer. He always has the best in mind for the customer even when you have to spend money to fix your car. Kevin is one of the only people I trust to advise me on my car.

Awesome is probably the first word that comes to you when you have the Cochran Experience. I visited Natrona Heights to buy a used car and the experience is just amazing. The Sales guy (Jerrold) is super friendly and let me test drive the vehicle without any pressure of cutting the distance short. Once after the test drive, I did offer my price for the vehicle and he did consult Terry and there it is.. its a deal. The Sales guy didn't pressure me at all. The guy is very honest when i expressed concern on the Timing Belt replacement and offered service at their cost at Cochran Hyundai if i had any issue around it. I got some free goodies like my first Oil and Filter Change & life time free inspection checks and 15% off on all accessories. I wasn't expecting any of it. The gas was half the tank when i drove the car and made it full when they gave me, which i think is very nice of them. The car was thoroughly cleaned before handing over to me. All in all it was an excellent experience and i would highly recommend this place
