I had a very knowledgeable and patient group of salespeople who went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase the vehicle. The staff stayed past closing while I was on a lengthy call to deal with insurance. I've been able to reach out to the salespeople with any questions and they made sure to address all of my concerns before I left the lot.
Scott and Ted worked with us the most. Scott was dedicated with us, soft but steady demeanor and not the least bit obnoxious like a lot of car salesman are.Ted was very nice to us and very willing to work with us. He did appear to be pulled in many directions and we think could use some help when people get close to negotiating prices. Cheryl and Virginia were very professional and friendly, willing to help and they enjoyed the jobs because it showed. Virginia, Tomas, Shannon and Frank were all phenomenal during my recent car purchase. They were extraordinarily patient with me and made sure I LOVED my car purchasing experience!
Evan did a magnificent job in finding my Camaro. Virginia and Tim in helping with minor issues. They are wonderful and very helpful . I have never had such wonderful customer service and buying experience from any other dealership as I have had at Airport.

My low rating of Airport Chevy results from the practice of asking thousands above high retail book value on used vehicles. Any comparison of similar vehicles will bring the realization that you'll endure a lot of salesmanship just to get to the starting price of other dealers. I wont pick on a particular salesperson as over multiple visits it just seems to be the culture of the dealership. Airport can ask anything the want for their vehicle, but I can also choose to ignore any future listing and save my time and resources for more fruitful interactions.
Between Virginia and Tomas I will always shop for my new vehicles at Airport Chevrolet.
I dont know where to start. But first off i had been talking to Joel for a couple of days before we got there to get our new car. He was awesome and always so hopeful. and even more so when we got there! As soon as we got on the lot we were greeted. and once Joel was notified that we were there he immediately got to let us test drive cars and trucks. We had found a truck that we wanted and started the process of trying to get approved for it. When it become apparent that we would not be able to get the truck, we told Joel to just get us into anything he could. and between Joel, Brian, and Robin they DID NOT stop til they got us into a BRAND NEW 2015 Chevy Malibu. We love it! It took them literally all day but they did not stop til they got into something that we wanted. and even with a lower interest rate than we had on our trade-in. (Which by the way when we brought to them we were upside down in payments. not behind just upside down. We still owed $10,000 it. and they still helped us!) Joel Sat there with us and would go back and fourth between us and the Fiance office. He really was the best sales person I could have asked for. He was very none pressuring. Thank you Joel, Brian, Robin and all of the airport staff that helped us get into the vehicle that we absolutely love! :-)
