I visited this place on 19th of Nov.I only planed to look around this day but their service was so great and honest so I ended up buying BMW. My sales person was Charls B, finance person was Sean. I know I was being little difficult but they were very patient with me. My credit score was little low but Sean made a best interested rate for me... I bought many cars before and I know this place is really fantastic!
I was looking for a new car to trade my old one out. I found a 2014 mustang GT/CS under priced and in excellent condition. After looking at Carfax myself, I decided it was definately worth the 2 Hr drive from my state! Matt the sells representative was awesome! Quick, no major haggling, excellent Kelly blue book trade in on my vehicle and the process was over before I knew it. If you are looking to buy a good vehicle at a good price, find Matt! I contacted this dealer about a car and got a return call / voicemail letting me know they are very motivated to make the sale and t call back. I replied asking what the lowest out the door price is and they replied with the published price plus documentation fees. The message about being motivated was just a tactic to get me to return their call. they also found it impossible to provide me a ball park estimate on a trade in. I sent them a link to my car posting, yet they continued to ask me for the details. It is truly unfortunate b/c i was eager to make a deal with them on an Audi..
