Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing! My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.

I am happy I took the hike to Enfield for this amazing experience! I was online looking at Ram 1500 trucks and decided to just do an Internet inquiry about one Artioli had in stock. I hit submit and literally within 5 minutes Rick M. called with a no pressure approach which was refreshing. Within 24 hours, we were driving off in the best looking truck in town. (I'm sure you can get a nice truck too, but mines better! ;-) Gary V was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I took delivery, and Chris G the F&I guy was straightforward and efficient! Thanks Rick, Gary and Chris! Artioli is a laid back no pressure dealership which is exactly what I like. See you in 39 months!

Saturday, 6/27/2015, purchased a used car from Artioli Chrystler Dodge in Enfield Ct, that dealer ship as insane, mobbed with people, and cars were moving at a heartbeat, we spent about 3 hrs with all the confusion, but got thru everything, sales, financing, and delivery, don't know how we did it but everything worked to perfection I don't know how the salesperson kept tract of what was going on, ( Gary Vega ) awesome job !!!!! Joe THANK-YOU, your staff is great !!! Pizza was just as good...Very friendly and polite service...Thank-you, Roland and Loree Fitzgerald....

I recently bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger from Artioli. I have less than perfect credit and Chris worked hard to get me an amazing deal on this car. Gary, the salesman, was very friendly and helpful. I went by myself and when I told them I wanted my father (He's much better with cars than me) to look at it before I made a final decision, they suggested I just take the car to him. I was floored. The car has only minor issues and they're being amazingly helpful and prompt to get them fixed. I am just awestruck with this dealership. Everyone there made it a very enjoyable experience. I'll definitely buy from them again!

I have purchased several cars and trucks from Artioli and I will never look anywhere else and the loyalty goes both ways . They treat me like family when I am there and promptly take care of any needs I have. Service usually can find a way to squeeze me in so it works for everyone's schedule and the prices are more than fair.I don't plan on buying a new car soon but when I do I will be going back to Artioli.

To start with, Artioli dodge employees are very friendly, and they did give us a great deal, they gave us more than our trade was worth on kbb and Edmunds. As far as paying off our trade, we traded in our Nissan juke on 11/22/14, we were at the dealership on 12/06/14 to have winter tires installed on our new charger, and I talked to Chris the finance manager about the payoff, he assured me that a check had been cut and put in the mail on 12/01/14. Well last week on approx.,12/18/14 I checked again and the juke still wasn't paid off. So I went online and talked to Rick the internet manager, He told me he had just talked to the owner and the office and a check would be sent out in the next day or two. What happened to the it was mailed out on the 1st? I don't appreciate being lied to. Today is Christmas day and the car still hasn't been paid off, now we have a past due account on our credit reports which has brought our scores down. So if your looking for a good deal go see them but beware if you are trading in a vehicle which you still owe money on if you value your credit score.

The salesmen I worked with was wonderful it is too bad the finance manager, Chris ruined the chances of a sale. I have never when trying to do business with someone have had them speak down to me like he did. He said and I quote, "You are not listening to the people who have been doing this longer then you have been alive, you are not getting it" and he actually hung up on me. For someone who has supposedly been in the business longer then I've been alive you ruined any chance of my business or my families business there. I feel bad for the salesman because he truly was a great guy and lost a sale because of someone's disrespectful words.

Charging me $25 when I have free oil changes for life

Bought A NEW Jeep Cherokee and was told I would get free oil changes from the dealer for as long as I had the vehicle. Go in for my first oil change and I'm told it's $25. Very disappointing! At this point, I would rather pay $10 more elseware as this service department (or dealership) was very dishonest. Unfortunately, being family owned doesn't mean they will be honest or loyal to their customers. Would have purchased another car here but now they have lost a customer.
