John Marble was truly awesome. He was extremely patient in guiding us through 3 different models: A3 A4 and S3 and letting me drive each of them. His knowledge of the product line is superb. He was a great teacher when we picked up the S3 that we ultimately purchased. He was also very transparent in the trade in process and how our used car would be valued.
It was a no pressure experience. Landy did a great job selling the vehicle and wasn't afraid to go to bat for my wants. Answered question after the deal was signed and follow up was on point.

Superb customer service from the very start! I ended up buying an Audi at another location and this man still helped me out. Most "salesman" would've just ignored me but not him. This is why I'm writing this review. I will be having my Audi serviced there. If you're looking for a professional salesman with a sense of humor with no high pressure tactics....Justin is your guy! I recently purchased an A4 from Audi of Raleigh. I worked with Landy Tyler on the purchase. It was an absolute pleasure working with Landy. There was no pressure and none of the typical annoying questions that you get from a lot of automobile sales professionals at other dealerships. Landy was very knowledgeable of the Audi product. I went to Audi Raleigh just looking at the options available and when I decided to purchase, Jay Furca, Salesperson was on point. He took his time with me and didn't try to rush or persuade me. He had my car cleaned and a personalized name tag hanging in the car for me. made me feel so special. The atmosphere is just amazing. Everyone is so friendly.
