Phil Mark at Mercedes is not your average sales person. He's professional, accommodating and does everthing he can to help you find exactly what you want and need. He puts you first. No pressure! The bottom line for him is your experience buying a new car. When you are spending this kind of money you need to do that with total trust. You can do that at this dealership. I will hopefully shop for more new cars in my lifetime, but I will never shop for another dealership!
I had our new car in for its 5000 miles service. I was a little late to my appointment but the girls were courteous and got me right in to get started. Appointment took just as long as expected and they kept me informed as things were moving along. They even cleaned the car before giving it back. Keep up the great work everyone!
