This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I really enjoyed the experience. You hear stories about how some dealerships are high pressure and try to get you in a car and off the lot as fast as they can but that was not the case when I bought my new car. They worked with me to get what I thought was the best deal I could get.

Even though I bought a Chevy at a Ford dealership, they make me feel right at home. I didn't understand how the tire pressure check light was reset, went back in with it and they were happy to help.

Our car had been totaled in an accident. We went to Sandie Owen to get a replacement. She asked a few questions, went and found an Escape for us. I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I was waiting. She asked a few questions, went and found an appropriate Escape, talked with me and the sale was made. I like dealing with Sandie because she doesn't do the normal wheeling and dealing and game playing that most car sales people do. The sale was simple and easy and I feel comfortable with her and would encourage anyone else to go to her.
