We have known Paul Tracy ever since he used to live in our neighborhood and have recommended him to friends who needed cars. When it came time for us to get another one, we went to him. He was very helpful and found just what we wanted. Well, here we are a year later and needed another car so we went back to Auto Wholesale. This time there was a car on the lot that we liked so now we have a second Honda CRV. Auto Wholesale is wonderful to deal with. They are helpful and give you the best deal. I also feel confident that when I take the car in for routine maintenance, they will not try and sell me other services like the dealerships do.

I had been looking online for a gently-used low-mileage vehicle. After searching through several sites, I noticed three or four cars out of Wilmington were being advertised as lower than anywhere else in eastern NC. When I checked more closely, I saw that they were all from Auto Wholesale. After reading nothing but positive reviews, I decided to go check them out for myself. It was a very positive car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy. John and Rob were who I worked with and they both encouraged me to test drive different vehicles to see if I found one that I liked. The comment was even made that if I didn't see anything today that more would be coming in next week (again no pressure to buy). After finding the car I wanted, Rob walked me through the finance piece. He even helped me get a little more for my trade-in. I was very pleased with the experience at Auto Wholesale and will certainly encourage others to start their car shopping here!
First time I have ever been able to browse and not be shadowed by a sales person asking me a bunch of questions I really don't feel like answering. You can browse in peace and get answers to basic questions without feeling any pressure. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable too. I was in early on a Saturday morning and left take a break and think things over. After doing more research on line I decided to head back and closed a deal that I felt very comfortable with. Awesome. I have already referred people to the Wilmington location and know who will get my future business when the time comes. Thanks!
Our first experience with Auto Wholesale, but will not have a problem with buying another vehicle if needed in the future. Auto Wholesale was recommended to my husband and I I by a friend, and after purchasing a car from them we would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. We were able to research the vehicles on line, making the process of choosing a car much easier. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by the salesman , and given the key to test drive the car. My husband and I were able to take the time by ourselves to familiarize ourselves with the car and then test drive it. Still uncertain about making the big decision we asked for the car fax , and decided to look over them that evening. The next day the salesman greeted us again and we purchased the car. We r very happy with it, and for once in 0ver 50 Years of buying cars were we actually able to come away feeling comfortable with getting what we wanted without the pressure. Thank u Auto Wholesale

I was skeptical going to a car wholesale place on Market Street. I drove around by myself to see their inventory. I saw a car I liked and checked it out online at their site.I met with Tim Hughes who asked me if I wanted to drive the car. I thought the car was great and since it was for my wife, I asked her to drive it too. The deal was closed the next day. They made us a great offer on our trade, and the deal took all of 15 minutes for us to complete. It was by far the most pleasurable car buying process that I have ever experienced.I will use them again and again.
I couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience! Their website had plenty of information about their available cars, so I could compare prices, features, etc. before even visiting the lot. When I did stop by, I was immediately greeted by a sales rep and invited to take a look inside the car that I was interested in.The sales rep I worked with, Drew Hodge, was awesome! He answered all of my questions and followed up about some additional information regarding the timing chain. Throughout the price discussions, I never felt pressured or condescended to; Drew was helpful and explained everything clearly. He was definitely willing to work with me and get the best price for my trade-in. I really appreciated his time and help!Overall, this car-buying experience was extremely positive! Compared to other dealers, Auto Wholesale had some of the best prices I could find. I chose to visit them because of their positive customer reviews, and I wasn't steered wrong. I'm very satisfied with the service I received, and I love my new car! Highly recommended!
My wife and I drove all the way to Wilmington from Havelock, based solely on the amazing reviews left here. And the calibre of cars that Auto Wholesale had listed. From the second we walked in we loved the place. Clean, very relaxed atmosphere. It was so easy to just go test drive any car I wanted. They gave us space to make our own decisions which was a welcome break from other dealerships. Rodney was our guy and he was amazing, easy to talk to, super knowledgeable and pleasant. I bought a used 2016 Honda civic that is amazing. Literally like having a brand new car and for an almost unbelievable price.If we are ever in need of a new car, we're making the two hour drive from havelock again. The best dealer and car buying experience I've ever had.
