Autobahn Pre-Owned

I do not enjoy buying a car. I feel there is no way to know that I got the best possible deal, all the waiting and back and forth are a nightmare for me. That said, Jerry made the process so easy, relaxed and while I can never know, I feel like I got a good deal.To be a luxury dealership the showroom was very warm on both days I spent time there but that is the only negative I can offer about this experience.They did not beat me up over the warranty that usually is a beating on you to buy, I told him no and he moved on, really appreciate that.The most impressive thing to me of the entire experience is Jerry, my sales person. He has been as attentive after the sale as he was before. I don't know that I have ever experienced that buying a car and my last two purchases were Lexus.I highly recommend the dealership and especially Jerry. and I drove from near downtown Dallas ( I live about 20 blocks from BMW Dallas) and am happy I did.

Emailed the dealership about a pre-owned BMW. Jason got back to me quickly. Drove over to the dealership and took the vehicle for a drive. Quick negotiation process and closed the deal. Finance was great too. In and out rather quickly instead of wasting my time. Fast, friendly, professional.
