good service. I did have a problem with a strange noise from steering wheel. They tried to fix it by ordering a new part, however, did not work. Not quite sure what that noise is.

Took my 2014 RLX in for squealing brakes. They couldn't find in problems, but did update my vehicles software. I was a very pleasant experience.

We had an extremely odd situation where 2 parties were co buying a used 1st car for my 17 year old son. When the out of state co-buyer was being extremely difficult, Jeff and Marcus helped out so much to make this deal happen. They kept in great contact with me and even offered to deliver the car if needed. The level of customer service was off the charts. I do not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Marcus to my closest friends and family for any future car buying needs.

Let's start with me mentioning that I never write reviews. Today, I bought my first used car and Autonation Acura North Orlando made this an easy and amazing experience. The salesman, Giovanni, was extremely nice, helpful, informative, and personable. He and the customer financial services manager, Mark, were able to work with my low budget and get me an amazing used 2013 chevy cruze. I am extremely grateful for their help. They will most definitely be my first choice in the future. I highly recommend them for anyone buying a vehicle.
