I love Autonation Chevrolet on W Colonial! Purchased my second car a few days ago, everyone from my sales person Sylvia & Robert to the manager Harry and finance agent Bruno, treated me like family. Not only did they care about my needs, but were very thorough and careful in all the steps taken. They made car buying fun, easy and painless. They do follow up calls to see how everything is going, not only will I recommend them to anyone I know, but I am pleased and very comfortable to say that Autonation Chevrolet on W Colonial will have a life long customer!

I wouldn't buy anywhere else

I was servicing my car with AutoNation, and it was really about to give out on me, when I ended up meeting with Ashley who was just great, she helped me figure out what I can qualify for and after a few days I ended up purchasing my preowned Honda Accord that I love so much, from AutoNation. I'm so happy to have spoke with Ashley, she's a sweetheart. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Extremely professional, excellent personal and dedicated service that I've only seen when at stay at the Ritz-Carlton. I been to 3 other dealership before I stop at Chevrolet Auto Nation and between Mrs. Dallie and Harry I felt no need to go anywhere else, even though the first day I didn't find the vehicle that I was looking for. Mrs. Dallie and Harry team up and keep looking for cars all over Florida and did not stop until they found a perfect match for me. This for me was so important because I been working hard for the past 3 years in order to get the car that I wanted so to be driving the car that I dream for 3 years deliver by the hands of the professionals like Mrs Dallie and Harry you can rest assure I will recommend them to everybody I know.

I gave this place an average rating from a previous repair job. Decided to give them a try again and they actually confronted me about the rating. Quite, frankly I was shocked. Instead of remedying the problem with excellent customer service they escalated bad feelings by this childish whining about a bad rating which wasn't even a bad rating. It was a fair to good rating. I decided at that point, I wasn't going to let them touch my car with this kind of attitude and gave the job to a competitor. I'm a very reasonable and fair person but AutoNation was not...........The most unprofessional appointment I've ever had.Needless to say, I do not recommend this place.

Auto nation did back end body repair and a paint job for me. After the job was finished, there were still ripples in the panel supposedly repaired and the paint job was not satisfactory. I confronted them and they did nothing about it. Then I gave them a rating which reflected the level of work they had done. They actually confronted me about the poor rating and then refused to do any further work. This place is both childish and professional. Never again will I conduct business with them!!

This is by far the worst place i have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. They gave me the car just so i can write reviews on how good they were. Then they pulled my credit score down sixty points. And after completing the surveys and having the car for a month. They say they can't secure financing bc of vertifications for a job that i go to work at. My boss even tried calling them. Then they didn't want to give my down payment back after i returned the car. And they had the nerve to tell me that they were doing me a favor. If you are smart you will definitely run the other way.

I bought two keys for a 2007 Uplander. They were cut 4 times and were not cut correctly. I can see the difference between the original key and the copies. The parts man said to just push the key in harder and it will work. I know that it will damage my ignition cylinder by pushing it in harder. General manager never responded to my email. They refuse to let me return they keys and have not offered to fix them in any way. Horrible customer service, they do not even deserve one star.

I would rate this dealer's service dept. with negative stars. The service tech, Patrick, was not only degrading to my intelligence, but he was rude and pushy. My husband was stranded in Orlando after traveling there for a funeral. Patrick was no help because "I was making assumptions" on the issue with my car. It was an alternator. Anyone with a brain knows the textbook symptoms of needing a new alternator. He told me a quote for repair of an alternator would take 45min and a waste of time because I don't actually know what's wrong with the car. I called a local dealer and they helped me in two minutes. He then told me it'd take till the next day to get the vehicle for diagnosis and he'd be there till 5 that night for questions (it was 3:45). I called back at 4:45 and he did not answer. I left a msg. removing authorization and informed him we'd be there to take the car back. I called again at 6:30am the next morning saying the same thing. I received a call at 8:00am saying they already started the diagnosis the night before and I'd be charged the $140. Yet, he could not tell me what they discovered because they needed more tests. Again, anyone with a brain knows they have handheld systems that give repair codes in minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was blown off. When my husband returned to the dealer, he did not want to fight or argue (he just lost his uncle and stayed an unexpected night in Orlando) so he paid the money and my father (who drove 150mi) repaired the ALTERNATOR in their parking lot for less than the diagnostic fee. Sad customer service Auto Nation...
