It was a pleasure to purchased form AutoNation. Things to like were the absence of hassle from salesman Trevor or the financial manager. Everything was straight forward. Though looking for a used car, we bought a new car. Trevor was a pleasure to work with. Especially appreciated was his spending a full hour to teach us all of the bells and whistles on our new RAV 4 Platinum model SUV as it was loaded with them.
Went there today to buy a car and it was a great experience. Trevor Morgan, was the man, helped me find a car and pay structure that fit my budget. Mike in financing is some sort of financial wizard he worked everything out and made sure I knew all my options, definitely will do business with this dealership for a while.
Eric in sales was the best. He worked hard for our great deal we got. Love the car, love the customer service. The finance department needs improvement but overall the experience was great. We will definitely buy our next car from Eric

I worked with Andy Vuong via email, over the phone, and in person. Andy was very friendly, professional, and prompt. He listened to and addressed all my concerns and questions, we spent some time going back and forth because I was in San Francisco. Andy was transparent in his dealings and up front.
