I would like to express my satisfaction on a recent used car purchase through Autos of Palm Beach. This was our very first used car purchase (we usually buy and/or lease our vehicles) so we were both a bit nervous and wary of the downsides of such a transaction.I had been on the lookout for a used Mercedes Benz SLK/SL for several months, and found just the right one (color, interiors, mileage, pricing) through them. Initially, I simply browsed through the pictures found on Cars.com, and then, after a few more days, decided to pay them a visit to inspect the car and take it for a test drive.Fred was kind and friendly, and immediately put us at ease. From the very first introduction, until signing the documents, he was never pushy, which is something that completely turns me off and just makes me want to take my money and business elsewhere.We fell in love with the car; it was exactly as shown in the pictures (they take great care in making sure esthetically the vehicles are in the best possible shape), and also had a good CarFax background to go with it.The buying process was also smooth and stress-free. We decided on financing the vehicle, and the office manager put us in touch with a lender who was able to offer us a 2.9% interest rate on the purchase (thanks, Jeff!). They were also incredibly accommodating with a vanity plate transfer that needed to go onto the new vehicle, assisting us in the process, and explaining all options.I have had the car for 2 weeks now, and it drives perfectly! One minor issue was reported, and it was swiftly fixed, which makes me appreciate the relationship weve built even more.We will soon need to purchase another vehicle, and both Fred and his team at Autos of Palm Beach will most likely have our business once again. To anyone considering doing business with Autos of Palm Beach I say: please do so without worries, they certainly get an A+ rating from us.

My experience purchasing a Jaguar was seamless with Autos of Palm Beach. They are responsive, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and their cars are outstanding! Fred, Jeff and Daniel were fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to provide great service. My last 3 vehicles were all purchased direct from the dealers as new-- a Lexus and 2 Mercedes SLKs. At the dealership my level of expectation for quality and service was very high. This was my first experience purchasing a used vehicle and Autos of Palm Beach not only delivered an even better level of service than at the dealerships, but were able to sell me a fantastic vehicle at a price the dealerships couldn't come close to. The fact that they were a couple hundred miles away was no big deal and my car was delivered at a great rate in perfect condition by a responsible carrier and delivery was fast! What more can you ask for? I will purchase from them again. Buy with confidence from this stellar dealer.

I came across Autos of Palm Beach while looking for a new BMW to buy my daughter. She can have a nice car, but not a brand new one! We made a trip out of the purchase, flying to West Palm from North Carolina and picked up the car last week. I had a blast wandering the warehouse, with beamers and i8s and a few Benz all looking beautiful. Daniel and Fred were on hand to help us sort everything out and they were a great help! Looking forward to another purchase and another Florida trip soon! Thanks, guys

I was looking to trade in my 3 series BMW for an SUV. First, I needed to find a new car. I found a perfect Mercedes GL550 at Autos of Palm Beach. I didn't think I'd ever buy a car sight unseen but I'm glad I did. The buying process was hassle free and the dealer provided me excellent service. I also shopped around and found their prices to be very competitive. I highly recommend.

I have purchased 2 cars from Autos of Palm Beach. I was looking for a used BMW for myself and found what seemed like a good fit from Autos of Palm Beach. I live a long distance from FL and relied on the description and photos before flying to FL to see the car. My salesman, Fred, was excellent. Everything was described accurately and the car was great. I found Autos of Palm Beach to be an honest dealer and pleasant. They restored any ill faith I had in the past about car buying. This year, one year later, my wife needed a car and I didn't hesitate to go back to this dealer. The second time around, everything was excellent as I predicted. The owner, Daniel, personally called me after each purchase to make sure everything was to our liking with the vehicles we purchased. I highly recommend Autos of Palm Beach and will be buying my next car from them for sure.

I am the poster who wrote the review two weeks ago regarding my experience with the 2008 BMW M6 at Autos of Palm Beach. Since cars.com will not allow me to revise my posting, I wish to update it to reflect how the situation resolved itself. I had located a vehicle in inventory at Autos of Palm Beach, but it was unfortunately sold while I was working on getting financing lined up. My salesman, Fred, was very apologetic and offered to locate an alternative ASAP. The dealer owner, Daniel, also reached out to me personally to understand what I was looking for. I am located in Atlanta, and Daniel was kind enough to locate a vehicle near me and even call the dealer to negotiate the best price on my behalf. While I did not get the first car I had picked out, Autos of Palm Beach made it right for me. I found their staff to be very helpful, and I would recommend you ask for Fred or Daniel if you have an opportunity to work with them on a purchase. I would ask those looking at Autos of Palm Beach to disregard my initial review, which I admittedly posted in haste and without giving them the opportunity to work it out. They did so, very much so, and I am thankful to Fred and Daniel for making it right.

I found a 2008 BMW M6 listed for sale by Autos of Palm Beach less than two weeks ago. I worked with a salesperson (whose name I will respectfully omit) and agreed upon a price. I received a message from the salesperson this morning, advising me that someone else was coming in to look at the vehicle this afternoon. I immediately submitted a finance application through the dealer's website and communicated with the salesperson that I was proceeding. A few hours pass by, and the salesperson sends me an e-mail that the car was sold to someone else. A complete betrayal of my expectation, as a customer, that the dealer was proceeding with me in good faith, and since I agreed to purchase the vehicle before this other customer, I should have been afforded the opportunity to see it through. The salesperson noted that this other customer left a deposit on the vehicle, yet at no point did he tell me that I needed to leave a deposit in order to keep the car available while I secured the financing arrangements. One would think this is an obvious requirement to point out. Prospective buyers may take this experience for what it is worth. I cannot comment on the quality of vehicles, as mine was taken and sold to someone else. Notable that the dealer has offered me no apology, and certainly no alternatives. I must take my business elsewhere.
