I cannot say enough about this dealership and my salesperson Joe Natale. I did purchase a vehicle and the whole buying experience was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership in every way. I was not rushed or pressured and I would definitely go back when I am in need of another vehicle.
Joe was a great help in assisting my daughter purchase her first car. He took his time and made sure that she understood the details of the financing. There were many cars on the lot that were very nice- all with great mileage, immaculate conditions and fair pricing. There was no pressure for the sale and the staff was very respectful. Battaglia is a great find!

I was looking for a very specific used vehicle. I found it on Cars.com & it was located at Battaglia Auto Sales in Plymouth Meeting, PA. (I live in Central Indiana.) The salesperson I worked with Joe Natale at Battaglia who was SO HELPFUL! He agreed to do an iPhone FaceTime with me and showed me everything about the vehicle. Joe even crawled underneath the vehicle to show m the undercarriage! There was complete transparency throughout the process. No surprises at all. While it could have been a very anxious experience by arranging to purchase a vehicle over 600 miles away...Joe was OUTSTANDING and made it a wonderful experience! I rented a car and drove the PA, still wondering if I was making the right decision. They even picked me up at the car rental location and transported me to the dealership. I was instantly made to feel so welcome at Battaglia Auto Sales by Ron Battaglia (owner), Joe Natale, and the other salespersons at the dealership. Once I saw the car, I KNEW that I had made the right decision. Joe Natale again showed me each and every detail of the car, and ensured that I knew everything about it. I saw a vehicle they had for sale on cars.com and called to discuss. Joe Natale answered all of my questions without hesitation and then gave me his best price over the phone during the same call. I agreed to buy the vehicle sight unseen as his price was more than fair. I was able to hold the vehicle with a small deposit via credit card over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was impressed at the size and professionalism of the operation. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner along with Joe. The vehicle was actually better than described. They had it fully detailed and ready to go. This is truly one of the cleanest pre-owned vehicles I have ever purchased and it was delivered with 3/4 of a tank of gas. Very impressed with the entire transaction. I would definitely recommend their operation to anyone and I hope to do business with them again in the future.
After an accident, my husband and I found ourselves needing a new car. We found Battaglia online and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Joe Natale helped my dad and I purchase a 2009 Subaru Impreza Hatchback for me to take to grad school in Tennessee. Joe was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, giving his honest opinions on specific cars and models, as well as informing me of all the ways I could save money on financing and get the most out of the car I chose. He was happy to let us test drive on our own, and was patient and friendly with us even through our (sometimes excessive) questions and concerns.We had a very positive experience here and would recommend Battaglia to anyone looking for a great used car!
Family-friendly service. They even have a cute little dog who greets you at the door! Staff is prompt, patient, and provided an overall great car at a great deal! Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
This was my first experience buying a new(ish) vehicle and I have to say I am very happy with the experience. The car was priced very fairly for the near perfect condition it is in! Joe Natale did a great job making sure I understood every aspect of the buying process and he fought to get me a good interest rate for my less than stellar credit. Joe took his time and stayed late to make sure all my questions were answered. Even though it's a bit of a drive to get to Battaglia, I can say with confidence that I will return to him whenever I am in the market for a new car.
