I must share that I was greeted and welcomed by car salesman Laertes Byrd the minute I stepped out of my car. It was my best car shopping experience ever. He was very informative and answered all questions patiently. I would definitely refer family and friends to him.

I had easy buying experience wasn't pressured my salesman Dwayne Williams answered all my questions before buying got his card visited ford and Chevy.but liked the way he presented the challenger went back and made purchased and we love it.

I usually don't care for reviewing places but this place is so bad, I feel it is my obligation to fellow man to tell you guys to avoid this place for any repairs or anything that has to do with the shop.. They are rude, they lack customer service, they will not help you out if you need a loaner even if it is there fault for taking an extremely long time to fix your vehicle. They will not know anything about your car if you try to call them over the phone or return phone calls.. In short what they will make false promises, just to try to get you the answer you want, and then not follow through with any of it. I can't speak for there sales team.

I have two dodge trucks. My daughter's is a 2014 and had a recall on a leaking third brake light. She also needed her oil changed. She had dropped it off before the service department opened and then called later about if her truck would be ready. The cashier did not have any information about where in the process her truck was. It was at the dealership for 3 days with no more information about it. Finally on the third day we went up there and the cashier once again had no information about her truck. The manager (Joe) was retrieved and said that the truck had not been touched yet and had just been sitting in the parking lot the last three days. I demanded the keys back which he did give us. He asked when could we come back and he would make sure that it was same day service. We took it back this morning and when called about it this evening it was not ready. The technician was in the middle of the oil change when it was time to clock out. So he clocked out and went home. So yet once again I will have to wait until tomorrow for my truck to be ready. After this transaction I will not be using this dealership again.

So far I have only dealt with this dealership online. I have yet to visit them in person. The website is very easy to use and helpful. Best of all, the salesmen show a lot of interest and are more than happy to help you with whatever you need. They do not hassle you, but the follow-up on your inquires. They help you find what you need if you are not finding it on their site.
