I went into the dealership with an interest in a 2013 Q5. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the Bell Audi stay was very accommodating in not only insight into the vehicle, but listening to our concerns and budget limits. We, my and my wife, stepped into Bell Audi to see Ryan Bonderenko as I have been communicating with him over emails for some time. He has been very much responsive to all of my questions and was quick to respond with request for quotes or configuration of vehicles. But the first person we met was JT (J.T. Tornberg) and from then our search for a pre-owned Audi turned into the purchase of a brand new Audi at a very good deal. JT was very helpful in showing us our options and assisting us in our test drive. Ryan also stepped in occasionally and to close the deal. And then on the signing table, Ryan Schmidt was knowledgeable and patient enough to explain the figures and options. Overall a pleasant experience and nothing to complain about. A nice word about the lady at credit card counter who went above her usual duties to wrap my old number plates in a neat way.
