09/13/2016I arrived at app and was immediately had car taken for oil change and they replaced the hepa air filter I brought to them Celia keep me updated while I was there before I left my car was also washed ( excellent job)I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone

I searched for a year for a used Colorado that met my expectations(options and price range).I got a price guarantee certificate thru USAA and Gordon/Bentley came in under it by a $1000. I got a better than expected trade in value and a 7 year warranty on top of a 1 year old Colorado with only 8000 miles. I contacted Gordon via email. Made appointment. Drove alittle over 100 miles. Test drove it. Loved it. Drove it home in 3 hours later. Can't put into words the true value of the whole experience with Gordon and Bentley. We've bought two cars in the last five years on in Tuscaloosa and one in Columbus, MS. I'll never bother to call them again. Gordon and Bentley is the only place that I'll ever buy a Chevrolet from in the future. Thanks Mike & Robbin

Left my car on lot window down rained1-2" water inside electrical system going out no headlights they say not their problem would not recommend
Very pleasant experience. Stopped and looked before New Years. Spoke with Rudy Williams, who was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and NOT pushy or agressive. Gave us his card, and info on the vehicle we were interested in, without requiring we leave our name and contact info. After deciding on what we wanted, went back to see Rudy, and see what kind of price we could work out. No haggling around - gave their best price up front, including value of my trade. Left with new vehicle. I HATE car shopping, and dealing with salesmen, but this was a completely different experience. Can't say enough good things about how Rudy Williams treated us! Will definitely refer friends and family here, and will be a repeat customer.
