Came to look at a truck was told a price came back the next day ready to buy but they tell me I was givin the wrong price and they can't sellIt to me for that price! xxxxxxxxx, dealership games!

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee from Bergey's. It's a great vehicle and Laura Bergey-Schmidt was terrific during the process. This is the third time someone in our family has purchased a vehicle from Bergey's (1 new, 2 Pre-owned). It was a wonderful experience and look forward to shopping for vehicles with them in the future.

I recently purchase a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle and I left feeling I received a used car from the usual used car dealership. There are some issues already with the vehicle that have to be fixed and were not mention before I bought it. I even wonder if the 125 point inspection was competed as stated by Beregy's. I had to haggle to get car mats included with this 2012 vehicle. This is not what I would expect from a Dodge dealer. I would not recommend buying a vehicle Bergey's.

Ed Landis was absolutely phenomenal! -- he has great product knowledge. It was such a great & relaxing car buying experience. We absolutely love our Durango & get many compliments on it. Last fall we purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Lansdale Jeep -- a worthy sales experience, as they had exactly the vehicle we were looking for and pretty much met our (Zag) price. However, we eventually bolted from their uncooperative and smoke-smelly service department and returned to Bergey's service, which we used to use with another vehicle. This time we've been using service advisor Amy Mansfield, and have found Bergey's Jeep to be as solid today as it was some years back at their old location. Mainly, they have been tirelessly helpful in trying to resolve an ongoing problem with our vehicle's media center. But when I raised another matter, the assistant manager, Ken Bergey, drove over and spent time with me at a body shop and couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful.Unsurprisingly, Bergey's has your basic nuts-and-bolts service setting, nothing like the luxury TLC you'll find at, say, most Mercedes or Lexus dealers' shops. Yet, there is 17 MB wifi, wall TV, clean restrooms and (usually) coffee. Bottom line, Bergey's Jeep service earns a solid A-.
