I have tried to reach the adviser from their Service department for 3 days . I have left three voicemails and have not received any callbacks. This is rude customer service.

Horrendous Customer Service. Their sales manager what a joke! Be warned of this place. Offering and promising rebates without knowing the actual terms. Sales management makes assumptions without discussion with customer over terms. Calls customer back reneging on what offers were agreed upon at signing. They even try to slip in the wrong interest rate in last minute in finance when 0% was initially agreed luckily I caught the attempt. They like to show you the "invoice" trick at this place. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs!

best dealership, hands down!

I love Berglund Toyota! All of the staff is amazing and so helpful! We just putchased another 2015 vehicle from another dealership not local to us and transferred all of our services to be completed at Berglund. Actually, while attending my service yesterday they made the necessary switch for me! Love them!!!!!!!

Dependable service. Nice facilities.

Friendly staff. Tech was wearing a clean uniform so I did not have to worry about getting grease/oil on my seats.

My visit was for scheduled service, from check in to check outeverything was handled well. I am satisfied with the service.The free car wash was greatly appreciated.

Geoff Garcia was very honest and fair with me on selling me the 2008 Chevy HHR . The car was brought in from the Roanoke store . I appreciate Geoffs' efforts .
