That was just the beginning, Dan was honest and a pleasure to work with, he took care of everything for us, the car was serviced, cleaned, financing done and ready to go in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend that before you go to any other dealer you give Dan a call, you won't be disappointed.

We returned to Better Buys Auto recently as we had such a good experience six months ago when we bought from Dan. We were browsing the lot when Dan came out of the office and called us by name. Wow! Dan's lot has excellent options, newer vehicles and is knowledgeable about all the vehicles he offers. Our experience this week was just as good as the first experience. It is SO reassuring to know there is a GOOD used-car professional out there.

Back in December of 2015, my 2003 Nissan Maxima decided that it wanted to kick the bucket. I had recently changed careers and only working part time which made the situation a little worse. I knew I was interested in purchasing a 2009 Hyundai Sonata V6 and had actually went to another dealership right up the road from Better Buys Auto who asked me to come back in 2 hours to test drive their vehicle because they didn't have anyone until 4 to tend to my needs. Things happen for a reason because something directed me to this dealership. I gazed the lot and found what I was in search of! Dan treated me like a person and not just a dollar sign. He kept my father and I very informed on financing, paperwork and the vehicle itself. Dan bent over backwards when he didn't have to to get me the best price and best vehicle. Not once did I feel I was in a shady situation. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks for a reference to a good dealer.
We bought a Volvo Xc90 about a month ago. I think we got the vehicle at a great price and so far it's been a great car. Dan is easy to deal with, no nonsense, no "let me check with manager" haggling. I will look here again when we buy again.
Recently, we were searching for a used vehicle for our daughter. After looking at many cars and also driving into many of the car lots in the East Windsor area, we saw Better Buys Auto lot and were about to call it quits and go home but decided to swing in there and see what was on the lot. All the cars in the lot were clean, well advertised as far as repairs made and asking price. It was Sunday and we didn't expect anyone to be there but Dan was. It was the best last minute stop we made. Dan was no-nonsense and honest and he knew the car we were looking for was for our daughter and he expressed his understanding for our finding a safe car for her that would last for awhile as he had kids of his own. We had complete confidence that Dan would stand behind any car he sold us, even if something wasn't right after we drove it off the lot. When we picked up the car, he took the time to show our daughter all the functions of the car.
