My wonderful experience at your dealership has all to do with Tommy Tate!!! That's all you have to do is ask for him and the rest is done!! He is very pleasant, attentive, fast and informative. I was in and out way before I was suppose to be which made me a very happy person.

We worked with a sales associate who sits at the first desk to the right when you walk in the building. His business "technique" was quite immature. As he was young my wife and I overlooked this. However we were told the vehicle came with specific packages and amenities that were important to us. After we purchased the vehicle (we felt very rushed) he told us he was mistaken and the SUV did not have the specific packages we requested. Not only was I appalled at this but what floored us was he asked for a perfect survey "as it completely reflected on him and not the dealership" which is extraordinarily hard to believe. Not only did this make us feel pressured but it made us feel extremely uncomfortable as he did not earn or deserve perfection on the survey received via email. If this is something common the client advisors do I would like to express how much of a deterrent it is and we will not be back at BMW of Annapolis to purchase our next vehicle

Bought my new BMW here. Was the best sales experience ever. Never felt pressure to buy something I didn't want or options I didn't need. Worked with sales advisor, Ben, to get the perfect car at the perfect time. Will definitely visit Ben again for our next vehicle.

Im so happy to finally find my BMW! I had been looking for a few months and couldnt find any dealer to give me competitive rates with the features I was looking for. I found one with the features I was looking for online, called and spoke with David Mier (General Sales Manager). He was very transparent and gave me competitive rates for the car. I had tons of questions. David was so patient with me, took time to answer all my questions over the phone and I didnt feel rushed. I felt so comfortable that I drove about an hour to BMW of Annapolis to meet with David and Todd McIntyre (Client Advisor), I was blown away! They were so warm and welcoming and I could tell they were genuine and were willing to work with me. I went on a test drive, loved the car and now Im proudly leasing the BMW I have been looking for! Thanks so much David and Todd! It was a pleasure working with you! Ill surely be back!

The dealership isn't huge and the service waiting room isn't that fancy,but they do have lots of snacks and beverages to chose from while waiting for your car to be serviced.But,the surprise was how the service associate,Jeremy,worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done.Not only that,when I questioned the charges, he somehow found ways to lower my bill.Now who wouldn't be happy about that?My loaner car,no charge,was excellent and a clean,fixed car to leave the dealership....priceless!

I recently bought a 2013 CPO X3, and Bing Chen was a major reason why. His service was first-rate throughout. He went the extra mile to ensure he understood my needs and preferences, then did all in his power to satisfy them. He was never "pushy" and always solicitous, available, courteous, and uniformly helpful throughout the process, beginning to end. He made car-buying a pleasure and removed all the expected stress and inconvenience I had come to expect. Can't say enough good about him, and recommend him highly!Also, my car was hit by another shortly after I bought it, and Bill Hawkins at the Collision Center, like Bing in Sales, fully met and even exceeded all expectations. Bill is another top-notch performer who fully understands what it means to put the customer first. He too delivered incomparable service.

Billy Ray and David Mier was awesome! Our buying experience was satisfying bcoz of them. Attention and time allocated to us was exceptional and even help us with the sirius radio connection (it was late but Billy stayed). Kudos to both! And thank you, been telling our friends and family about our ultimate driving/buying experience at BMW Annapolis. We love our new X5!
