Went in for scheduled complementary oil change and they handled it great and found outer things in need of complementary repair without me asking....great service. Danielle is an outstanding service advisor, the best I have ever encountered.

Stopped by to check out a BMW and ended up seeing a used AUDI the sales people were so great at selling all of them. BUT to follow through with what was promised to this date I'm still waiting. I told them I would not take the car AT ALL if both buttons were not fixed. To this date I have contacted salesman twice and no buttons fixed. They said they would go to the DMV for me and I gave them a blank check and to date no plates have I received. Then to top it all off I don't know how to work the stuff in the car and neither did the salesman and he advised me to go to an AUDI dealership to find out how things work. NEVER will I ever buy a car from them. Everything that is said from a used car sales man that is bad I experienced!!! VERY UPSET customer

Minor problem with the car was fixed quickly. Do believe there could be a betterway when trying to contact the service department.

I had challenges with a brand new car that I had purchased at another dealer. The worked diligently to find out what the problem was, keeping me informed each step of the way. I really appreciated how professional they were, and how far they went to minimize the inconvenience of having my vehicle in the shop.
