I've been to Bob Bell a number of times and had great experience. So much so that I was willing to continue using them, even though we moved and they're now quite out of the way for us, but my most recent experience leaves such a bad taste in my mouth I just can't recommend them to anyone for service. I have an 11-month old and we have one car seat, so my spouse and I (and our cars) both had to be present to make the drop off and pick up. I scheduled my appointment for a Friday, dropped the car off on Thursday evening, and told them that I would be available to pick it up on Wednesday of the following week. To their credit, they were communicative; however, they initially told me it would be ready on Friday. Then Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then Thursday. On Wednesday, they told me that they could put me in a rental because they were waiting on parts to complete one of the repairs, but that was after they had had my car for two full business days (Monday was a holiday). My service advisor was brusk, and although he cited a number of extenuating circumstances, I can't help but feel like my vehicle was just never a priority for them to complete. I brought it in for two recall repairs, an oil change, and a buzzing diagnosis. In three business days, they completed one recall repair that the manufacturer indicated would take less than 1/2 day to complete and the oil change. I have to have my car back today (Wednesday), so I am leaving with only half the work done. I am so disheartened. What a waste of time.

I had been using the internet to search out a white Mustang GT with manual transmission. I contacted several dealers but the folks at Bob Bell Ford were most responsive. I live 90 minutes from them. Damon was the internet rep and not pushy. He provided me with the information I needed quickly and escalated me to Mike for final pricing which I received quickly. When I visited the dealership, Mike had everything ready and turned me over to Beau for evaluation of my trade and getting me through financing. I was out of the dealership in a bit over 2 hours with my new Mustang. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was not pushy in the internet sales process as other dealers had indicated they would not provide pricing unless I came to the dealership. I appreciated the no pressure approach of Bob Bell staff and would recommend them for a smooth purchase experience.

My salesman, Kenny Gold was very nice and helpful, but after purchase, it all went down hill. Problems with truck, and no help from this dealer at all, they don't stand behind anything, there is always an excuse why they wont cover anything, and that's even with the pricey extended warranty that I pay for in addition to my factory warranty. Its very sad and frustrating because I like my Ford truck, but this dealership does not stand behind what they sell. My advice would be to purchase at another dealership, but do your homework and make sure the dealership you buy at stands by their product.

I had to be a difficult customer. I wanted a light pick-up that got 30 mpg (no one makes this vehicle).. I decided to buy a sedan (for gas mileage). Since I keep vehicles for 10+ years, I had to find a vehicle that met all my needs. Terry James was helpful, and patient. Bob Bell had a large inventory to chose from. I found my car in 30 minutes. They gave me an excellent price. They explained their many options for financing, and I went to my credit union. I found the dealership to be helpful and not pushy. I am very happy with my purchase, and I recommend Terry James and Bob Bell Ford ,

Unfriendly staff. The guys at the front desk are great, happy and friendly. The ladies who print your invoice are rude and disrespectful. Smile once in a while.

Bob Bell's service department installed a battery in my 2002 Mountaineer August 2014. The battery died in November 2015. I was told over the phone my battery had a 3 year warranty and would be replaced at no charge. They kept the car 2 days. I was told that the battery was bad and they would replace it but I would have to pay a $90 diagnostic fee. So basically my FREE battery replacement cost me $90. So I had no choice but to pay this bogus charge in order to pick up my car. Complete rip off.

Slow service , Don't fall for the free oil change pitch, unless you have all the time in the world to wait.Don't expect them to know your vehicle or if there are any safety or service recalls. Brought my Hyundai Santa Fee in 2013 and have taken it to other service departments and paid for oil change rather than wait 2 1/2 -3 hours . Always seem understaffed and don't call unhappy because if you get do talk to any one they won't care. Find another Dealer

Wow, came in for the "quick" lane service that I received as a benefit to buying here. This was a huge reason I bought at Bob Bell. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes to even get my vehicle in the bay. Why? Because for nearly an hour they were only using 2 of 4 available service bays. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the manning to run all the bays when things get busy, stop selling your service package as a perk to buying here. Oh, and they cant be hurting for money, they just renovated the waiting room, basically putting lipstick on a pig. As obscene as an $80 oil change at Jiffy Lube can be, it beats sitting here for well over 2 hours. This place makes "quick lane" a cruel joke.

Oil Change over 1 hour and 30 mins

When trying to call to schedule the oil change, no one answered the phone. I ended up scheduling the appointment on line. I called the dealer about a recall on my Ford, after trying 4 times finally got a person. They just passed me off to someone else, but I needed the person who answered the phone. I get to the dealer for the appointment, and now I have been sitting here for over an hour and 30 minutes and my car is still not done. This will be the last time I use this dealership!

I brought my first "new" used car from Bob Bell with Terry James. Terry James helped me find the prefect vehicle for me even though I was in the market for a new car, she found a used "new" car that was just in my price range and got me an even better deal on it than I had thought. She worked for me and got me the best deal on my trade in and got me a great deal on my 2013 Ford Escape. If you are in the market for buying a car go to Bob Bell and find Terry James, she will help you through the whole process and get you the best deal for your money. Also, Missy Blair in financing had all the paperwork ready and got me in and out quickly. I couldn't be happier with my Escape or the wonderful customer service I received!
