ALL of the Staff at Bob King understand and display the true meaning of customer service. They truly want your business and make sure you are completely satisfied. Aside from doing what is expected, they go way above and beyond. One example; I never opened or, for that matter, touched a door while I was there because someone was opening it for me. I cannot imagine going to another dealership. Thank you to all of the staff at Bob King.

Best buying experience EVER!!

I went looking for a used car and ended up buying a new Buick Encore...and I absolutely love it! Don was my salesman- and he was the absolute best I have ever worked with. Got a awesome deal AND a 7 year, 125,000 warranty with ZERO deductible. This is most definitely my goto place for my car buying needs from now on!!!!

Great experience.

Arrived around 3:45 pm, met Mark, he showed us the 2016 Enclave. Drove one. He located one on the sales lot that had the desired equipment. The purchase process was as smooth as possible. Mark showed us many of the cars features and how to use them and we left with the vehicle around 6:00 pm. Very pleasant experience.

Don't let the clean facility and friendly staff fool you. other than routine maintenance don't go there. They have you come back multiply times so they can bill GM warrantee. Three visits for sometime that could have been easily repaired on the first visit. You will notice that all the reviews on there website is 5 star.

always had great service

I bought my car 2 years ago and have had nothing but great service from the sales dept to the service dept.. they go above and beyond and while I have read other comments here, I believe these people want something for nothing and would much rather have someone that is concerned for my well being than screwing me out of my money. We also bought at Jeff Gordon Chevy (65K diesel truck) and if you want to get taken for a ride then go there. We will never buy from them again. Bob King is great!

They replaced a $900.00 tire and wheel on my Buick, the old one was nitrogen filled from GM. Its a 10.00 fix and they refuse to put nitrogen in it. Said they don't offer the service,2016 and they don't offer nitrogen, probably have to hire out oil changes.Idiots name in service was John, complete waste of free air,2 other dealers i spoke with today said run it by their place and they would do it for free. Ocean City Chevrolet in Shallotte and Bell & Bell in Little River ,both are great to work with. Never again.Only reason we went there was car had to be towed and they were closest.. Would tow it to Keywest before these idiots will ever get any of our business. And they lost the sale on a new Cascadia convertible that will be here in a couple weeks, Bell & Bell assures me they will have us one. Thanks

My car had a service light come on while on vacation in North Carolina. Drove to Bob King's which was the closest Buick dealership. The service advisor was pleasant and offered me a ride. I declined that service and waited in the waiting room. The service advisor later told me that the ECM was gone and it would be replaced under warranty. However, my warranty had expired so if additional repairs needed to be done, I would have to pay for it. I waited all afternoon and was told at 5pm that my car would not be ready as they had to order a part. I secured a rental vehicle from the dealership. The service advisor said he would call me in the morning to let me know if the part had come in. He did not call me so I had to call me. Vehicle was ready in the afternoon. Total cost for the generator was $322.24 and I was charged $322.00 for labor plus car rental for a total of $717.25. When I returned home a few weeks later, I checked my GMPP and the generator should have been covered under that extended warranty. I called the service manager as soon as I discovered that I had been incorrectly charged but I have not received a refund from the dealership. In fact, they have stopped returning my calls. If you must visit this dealership for service be sure to take any extended warranty information with you .

I drove into Bob King Automall to get an oil change and tire rotation. While in the waiting area, a service manager came out and said the mechanic suggested a Fuel System Service, Engine Air filter replacement, cabin air filter, and a four wheel alignment. All this for the low price of $321 dollars more. I got home and checked my manual, got on the internet and checked GMs recommendations, and inspected my air filters. My air filters were in great shape, the manual said to change the cabin air filter at 36K, the engine air filter at 72K, and there is no mention of the fuel system service. The GM web site said that the fuel system service was not recommended on vehicles after 2008. My car is a 2012 Buick Verano with 24K miles on it. They then gave my phone number to a service that calls and wants your review of their service. When you tell them to lose your number, you get a call at 1:30 in the morning telling you that they removed your number from their call list. If you go there for service, watch out for the service sales folks.

I got screwed

I see a lot of positive reviews on here talking about how great this one sales guy is. Well I did not deal with him and I did not have a good experience. They basically sold me a lemon that is illegal to drive. I bought a Yukon from these guys and today I took it in for an inspection to another service center. I failed my inspection because the window tint was too dark. I asked them to pay for a new tint on the window and they indirectly accused me of lying and questioned my integrity. They did offer to replace it if I came to their dealership but I live two hours away which would cost me more if I did it in town. These guys are shady plain and simple. I have bought a lot cars in my life and I have never dealt with a dealership that is as deceitful and corrupt than this dealership. Do not buy a car from these clowns and definitely do not buy a used a car. On a side note...this is not the first nor the second or third issue with this car. The a/c had issues from day one, the battery caught on fire after about 2k mile and the list goes on. I really got screwed on this one.
