Don't waste your time. Seriously, don't waste your time at this place. You will not be satisfied with resolution of problems. Management is subpar professional.

While traveling from NE to TX our A.C. suddenly quit. Googled nearest Nissan dealer & 8 miles away was Bob Howard Nissan, Edmund, OK. Started service ticket at 1223p at 205pm we were fixed, cooling & on our way with NO CHARGE. Professional, pleasant, even let us bring our 2 large dogs into the waiting area (91 outside). So nice to be treated quickly & respectfully. Definitely provided old fashioned true customer service.

This dealership is top notch, my wife and I purchased a new maxima and a few days later a new altima.In both cases we were several thousand dollars upside down but the team at Bob Moore made the deals work and saved us thousands of dollars. This dealership is a no haggle place tell them what you need and it will get done. Tell them Tommy McPherson sent you and ask for Emmitt and you will get the best deal and walk away totally happy with the whole process . I promise they will take care of you I didn't have to negotiate on either vehicle and no back and forth , this place is the real deal.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been up there to pick up my car yet but since I've contacted them they have showed me the same courtesy as if I was there in person and haven't forgotten me even though I haven't bought anything yet from them as some others do when you tell them till will take time to get up there.

I am very very displeased with Bob Moore of Norman. I purchased a vehicle that had supposedly been through all of their checks. The first week in having it I get stranded. Yes, I am a female. Roadside service came to my rescue. The battery was terribly corroded. They could not believe it and O'Reilys could not believe it. O'Reilys checked the battery and it was good. They cleaned the corrosion and cleaned off the connection. The battery fob was checked and had a bad battery. O'Reily's did all of this for FREE!! So if you need help diagnosing your vehicle problem, O'Reilys are great! Why would a dealership sale a vehicle with a corroded battery and not change the batteries in the fobs?? and send the new owner on their way on a positive note. Anyway, thought the problem was fine. The 2nd week of owing the car, I was stranded again. Thankfully a man I knew saw me and stopped, cleaned off the corrosion and jump started it again. Found out the battery connection was bad or something like that. Its fixed now, I hope. On to the next problem...they said I would receive my title within 7-10 business days and since I paid by check, it should be sooner than that. I called after 2 weeks and they said they were still waiting on the lien release. My fault is that I missed seeing the lien on the carfax. Isnt it illegal though to sale a vehicle with a lien on it. You would think a supposedly reputable dealership like I thought Bob Moore was, would not do that. They said it was no problem and I had plenty of time, that my temporary tag was for 30 days. I called again after 3 weeks, talked to 3 or more people and finally got a call back that the title was being mailed that day. That was on June 15th. The lien release was signed on June 8th, so why was it not mailed then??? I received the title on a Saturday, June 18th. The temporary tag expires Monday, June 20th. The license bureau is closed Saturday and Sunday. So they basically left me with Monday to get my vehicle tagged or I will be fined. The dealership is pretty, the people are nice. If they would have just taken time and checked the vehicle properly and honestly, it would have been a good experience because I love my new used vehicle. However, someone dropped the ball in doing the inspection and in the business office with getting the title to me in a timely manner. With my experience at Bob Moore, I will not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was our fourth vehicle to buy from Robert Walker. He's amazing and the only car salesman we will ever use. Financing manager, Kendra Moore, did a great job also. We had a few questions along the way and she ensured everything was honored that we were promised. Thank you!

I will never buy another vehicle at Bob Moore again. I find them to be very dishonest! Kevin Bennett does not back his promises. On our vehicle the sun visor was broke, he promised it would be fixed. It wasn't! He promised it would be detailed and serviced before we drove it off the lot. It wasn't, it was the same as when I test drove it. He does not like dealing with women! I should have walked out. I learned my lesson. I tried to call several times and left a message, I have not been contacted by him or anyone else. If this is how you treat your customers, it will catch up to you! Elizabeth Buff

Ok Let me start By Saying I know the car business. I have worked at an auto auction for almost 20 years. So I am not very easy to please. Thank you BOB MOORE NISSAN in Norman... I drove down all the way from Kansas City. Because The price was fantastic. better than current auction prices.. Kevin Bennett was our salesman. He was so nice and very professional... Made the deal work for me... I love my 2014 Frontier. GO THERE. They will work with you, treat you right and best of all get you in a new Nissan...
