I bought a 2015 Sorento while having my 2014 Sportage in for routing maintenance. The Sorento had a fuse issue that was fixed and I was on my way !! Thank you!!!!
Setting up a time to go look at cars, coming to a decision, and going through the purchase process was quick and easy. I am grateful for the great deal I received. The car was in great shape mechanically and I am pleased with my purchase. Most of the sales people were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I had a great feeling walking into the dealership and throughout the buying process. However, in a few areas, I believe that the customer service could be a bit better.One concern in my experience was a minor issue...detailing the vehicle for delivery. My salesman assured me the car would be fully detailed prior to delivery. I even pointed out a few places that were soiled and asked if they could take care of them, to which the salesman responded it would be done during the detailing. However, when I received it, it was obvious that the whole car had not been cleaned but merely spot cleaned. I could have done a better job myself and now will have to. I guess everyone has their own subjective idea of what "clean" is. A week later, I came by to ask to have the tires checked because the tires were a bit low. Upon arrival, I was told that "all of the service guys are at lunch, can you come back later." Besides, the 4 guys standing right in front of me working (and I guess they couldn't do air), why would you have all techs out to lunch at the same time?I remember sitting in the salesman's office reading a sign from the dealership talking about "every vehicle will be spotless before delivery, as well as other words I don't recall.... but the basic jist was that the customer's experience should be painless and flawless. Mine was close, but not quite.
All the staff is extremely professional and courteous. Jack is always up front and honest on all my repairs. He gets me in and out in a short period of time. I have brought my Kia Soul in to the shop since the day I bought it there. I recommend these guys to everyone that is looking for a new ride and to get excellent service.
Service Department Staff is always so professional and courteous. They always make sure I am taken care of. Would not go anywhere else to buy a car or get my car serviced.
KIA staff were professional and courteous. Services were performed to my expectations. I plan on servicing my 2016 KIA Sorento at Independence KIA in the future.
This wasn't my first service with your dealership. I purchased this Optima in March of 2013 but it hasn't been driven much, thanks so much.

i love these guys, they are soooo.. Freindly and helpful! I appreciate all they did. They helped me get out of a bad place because i cosigned a loan for my sister and she passed a way.
I had water in my floor board and he identified And fixed the problem and vacuumed my entire car ! Great service as always .. thank you
