I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I enjoyed working with highly qualified genius Kimberly and manager Hans. They not only helped me to pick the car, but made me feel I was in a good hands of caring friends. I definitely will recommend this dealership to all my friends.

I always receive great service here. We are not from the immediate area but it is worth the drive. We were assigned Tig as our service representative and he has made our experience the last few years a great one. He answers all our questions and takes care of them right away. He has been an excellent representative.I tell everyone about the great service we receive.Thank you !

EXCELLENT customer service from service rep. Christine Langosh. Very helpful and professional.TERRIBLE !!! customer service from Customer Relations Dept.I would still recommend Bob Smith Dealership for purchasing vehicles, but until some improvements are made in Service dept., I would not recommend vehicle servicing there.

I always get exceptional service at Bob Smith!!! They are very knowledgeable. They explain in detail what services I need in addition to my maintenance that's covered under my warranty. I also like that they will explain what is most important and what can wait to cut down the cost. On my most recent visit Brian the service advisor explained to me based on my mileage I would need a particular service soon and the cost which allows me to be prepared when that time comes. My issues are always handled the first time. Cost and Convenience are really important to me and Brian and the rest of the Service Team always makes that a priority!!!!!
