I did an online trade in estimate. Specifically said do not contact me! Within a few hours the sales associate was calling and emailing asking several questions about doing business with me and what my plans were. If i was going to buy new or used, and askin me to call them back. These pushy people ignored my request and were persistent in this harassment.

I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.

When I shop for a vehicle, I am very opinionated...about the car, and in particular the sales person who is helping me through the process. Since we are in the western states, and shopping for a vehicle takes time, distance and trust into consideration, it goes without saying that if you take your vehicle shopping seriously, you do your homework. I am a business person, and I have to say that I found Joel to be up front, straight forward and mostly likely honest with his appraisal of the vehicle I was seeking. After shopping around in the Denver metro area (my past home), I think I may have found the deal here, at Bob Smith Motors, and with Joel. Thank you so much for your sincere enthusiasm! I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from Stan Larson at Bob Smith here in Billings. Stan is a great guy and is always willing to take care of his customers. He met me at the dealership at6:30 am this morning so I could drop my car off to get it serviced, he had a loaner ready so I wouldn't be late for work. If your looking for a vehicle and you want a salesman who really cares, go by and see Stan.

I was looking for a rig to make softball and basketball trips more enjoyable with my daughter. More room for gear and people. Jon Scott helped me find a great vehicle and was most accommodating with some special problems that I had. I feel I got a good deal on a very nice vehicle. Kevin in finance got me a very good rate with no hassle. Overall a great experience and I will give Bob Smith business in the future.
