I did an online trade in estimate. Specifically said do not contact me! Within a few hours the sales associate was calling and emailing asking several questions about doing business with me and what my plans were. If i was going to buy new or used, and askin me to call them back. These pushy people ignored my request and were persistent in this harassment.
During our trip from Detroit, Michigan to Spokane, WA we e experienced mechanical.
Pricing breakdown was good. Communication was good but could have been better.
I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.

When I shop for a vehicle, I am very opinionated...about the car, and in particular the sales person who is helping me through the process. Since we are in the western states, and shopping for a vehicle takes time, distance and trust into consideration, it goes without saying that if you take your vehicle shopping seriously, you do your homework. I am a business person, and I have to say that I found Joel to be up front, straight forward and mostly likely honest with his appraisal of the vehicle I was seeking. After shopping around in the Denver metro area (my past home), I think I may have found the deal here, at Bob Smith Motors, and with Joel. Thank you so much for your sincere enthusiasm! I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from Stan Larson at Bob Smith here in Billings. Stan is a great guy and is always willing to take care of his customers. He met me at the dealership at6:30 am this morning so I could drop my car off to get it serviced, he had a loaner ready so I wouldn't be late for work. I was looking for a rig to make softball and basketball trips more enjoyable with my daughter. More room for gear and people. Jon Scott helped me find a great vehicle and was most accommodating with some special problems that I had. I feel I got a good deal on a very nice vehicle.
