Sales staff was very friendly and good to communicate with, however management is unwilling to negotiate on their used vehicles which is uncommon in my experiences. Will not go back for a used vehicle.

One of our concerns was the passenger front tire. We were not informed what measures were taken to fix this. We were a little confused by how the final costs were decided.

Andrea Kanerva in your service department is outstanding. She was very prompt in returning phone calls while I car was undergoing repairs and keep me informed through the process. Customer service like that is why I will be buying my next car from Briarwood and will be a life long customer.

The experience was all right but the display was not set to where I keep it [DTE]. I can't get to back to that display message. I have been in twice since but can't find anyone available to reset it. I'll try again today or tomorrow. I had the Explorer in last week. Frank Stukenborg
