This dealership is BAD; they advertise used cars for sale that they don't have on their lot to sell. I saw a car I really liked and tried emailing them for information (they NEVER answer emails), I do not live in Sheboygan so I wanted to make contact before I drove there to see the vehicle........I called the same day I first saw the vehicle advertised for sale and was told it was sold, but it is STILL on the website as available three weeks later.......whats up with that??? They just seem like they do not want to sell and vehicle and offer no assistance!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ASSISTANCE WITH BUYING A USED CAR.......YOU WON'T GET ANY!!!
They were very honest with me when I was looking for a car. I look forward to shopping with them when the time comes.
I saw a car on the lot that I wanted more info on. I sent an email for the info. I never got a response. I'd still like to check out the car. But not responding to a sales inquiry is telling.

I was impressed with the amount of time that they spent with me. My wife was being very indecisive and could not decide. Ken took his time with us and explained the different pros and cons. We were satisfied with our purchase and felt like appreciated customers. He even helped me get financed at a very resonable rate. I heard about this place, but was shocked at how much it seemed like they really cared about my satisfaction. I never leave reviews, but I felt like it was the least I can do for this place. Thanks again.

The service at Budget Auto sale is great. They are always willing to work with you to get you the best deals & the customer service is wonderful. Staff is friendly & helpful and always have smiles on. Have and will still recommend this dealer to others!
