As my first experience with buying from any car dealership I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy this was. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated at any point in time. Communication was clear and frequent. The whole process was very convenient and I got exactly what I wanted.Michael was especially helpful in finding what I wanted and talking me through the car buying process as I am new to Vermont and just getting settled!
Michael was incredibly helpful getting my car from the automotive shop, getting it appraised, and finding a good car within my budget with no pressure to buy.

I recently traded my 2012 outback in for a 2017 outback and was very impressed with sales department , as i met with Crystal Careau she was very polite helpful from the start to the finish.As i had many similar features on my old outback i had upgraded to the limited model which had many options ,Crystal was very on hands help with this as i was not familiar with them. lane departure ,auto braking,eye site system .I was so happy with Crystal no pressure very informative. After leasing two vehicles from this dealership, I called 1 1/2 years later to check on a particular package I believe I purchased, and what was included. Asking this simple question took just over 2 weeks, with multiple phone calls and voicemails. I spoke to Sales, transferred to Service, transferred back to Sales. Left a voicemail with the receptionist and never heard back. Called again, talked to the receptionist, who had no idea who I was (apparently didn't listen to the voicemail, because I didn't get a callback either) and was transferred this time to the Finance Manager. Left a message once again, waited, no callback. Finally I had to call upset, and demand to stay on the line for a manager in order to get anywhere. You would think it would be much easier to have a simple question answered, especially if you are trying to win my business back when I turn my two leases in. If you want to get anywhere any time quick, show up in person, or stay on the line demanding a manager.
We moved here and needed a car. First was a new Forester and we lucked into getting Crystal to help us. Great person, low pressure, super knowledgeable of product variations between models and years.Went back to Crystal to look for an Outback - weighed new vs. CPO and went with a CPO. Again, no real pressure but she went to work to look for one for us and found it within a week (they hadn't even "prepped" it yet and she called.
