Capital gives car dealerships a bad reputation

After their internet sales representative contacted me, I informed them of the vehicle I was looking for and the option package and accessories that I wanted. They responded with a True Car pricing report that was $500 over invoice. They claim that this price is competitive and will beat any other dealers in North Carolina. I responded back to them with an out of state price quote that was almost 4% under invoice. There response was since I was getting a price from another state they would be unable to compete with that pricing. Furthermore, they state that apparently this policy became effective today whereas they can only guarantee the lowest price from other dealers in North Carolina. Don't waste your time dealing with the folks at Capital. You will not get a straight answer from them.

they made me drive more than 100 miles and on arrival they had completely different price from what they told me for car I was looking forsales guys came with wrong price sheets multiple times..i walked out of the showroom very dissatisfied they are not in there to sell you a car.very inexperienced sales guys,, who doesn't know the basics math

i went there to buy a used Azera that was showing on their website, when I got there, the car was not exactly what I was looking for, but the salesperson Brittany Cook helped me find the exact car I was looking for that had just been traded in, great experience and great car, I would highly recommend Brittany and the dealership if looking for a car

These guys are only interested in selling you a car. They will promise you anything to do that, but once the sale is made, they have no time for you if you have a warranty or service issue. Worst dealer by far that I have ever done business with.

We purchased an used car, fully aware that it was a USED car, but promised a 160 point inspection, and a warranty of 1,000 miles or 30 days. The car never went through any inspection - it was delivered to us with obvious problems. <br>We took the car back and 3 days later were informed that they had fixed the problems, but we would have to pay for the service. <br>We have cancelled the purchase.<br>NOT RECOMMENDED
