Great people. Glad I bought a kia soul. The service people where careful and attentive to what needed to be done. It took a little longer than I hoped to buy the car but it was again careful and helpful.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I went to the dealership to buy a paet for my beloved kia Soul. No intention of trading. Harry and Daniel changed my mind. Met my requesrs and in fact exceeded. Better than excellent service.

I have purchased several Kias at different dealerships and I have to say that this was the best dealership by far. I loved the fact that I wasn't pressured to buy. I felt more like i was with a friend looking at cars. That is very rare to find these days. I would like to thank the whole staff for making this such a pleasent experience. I absolutely love my new Kia Optima.

These people are rude and liers! Don't wast your time or money! I had a 749 credit score. William the finance manger ran my credit without my authorisation and got a nasty attitude when I called him on it. They took the car back after I drove it for a week and told me it was their fault that they didn't put my negative equity in the deal and that my payment would go up to 450. They got the car back and I still got a bill. Never buy from them! They didn't have any remorse. As a customer you deserve better! KIA also has the worst resale value ever and never do the three year deal!! They are incompetent and uncaring!!

the atmosphere is amazing, every one has respect when it comes to their customers and treat them with refreshing drinks and tv to watch while waiting. i love it! and much more!

Other dealerships wouldn't work with us, especially memphis. So we came to jonesboro and they worked so well, including paying our ford explorer completely off!
