True story me an my spouse had been looking for a vehicle for a month saved some money any went to 3 dealerships in one day for all to say no so me I'm frustrated upset angry my husband doesn't know what to say so he calls Toyota Central City Philadelphia ask to speak to Rick Rick gets on the phone he tells him our situation now mind you the store closes in 1 hour Rick says send me your information and I'll work something out Rick gets off in an hour Rick did his job diligently he called us he told us to come in and we walk out with a vehicle he pretty much guaranteed it over the phone I'm a pessimist I didn't believe it was going to happen I have faith in this dealership thanks you made my family very happy especially my children

My family and I went to see several models Corolla certificates and since we entered everything was excellent, warm welcome, food, games for children. The sales agent (Rick Roy) met my requirements, since the model to the insurance.

I called central city toyota Wednesday Oct 12th in the evening around 5:30-6 I got into my car upon leaving work and i noticed that my check engine light and trac off light were on. I spoke to a lady from the service department explaining my situation. I knew it was late, however I thought I could get some kind of assistance over the telephone . This lady seem to shoot down every question I asked . And what I mean is she offered no alternative help or direction for me to go to but transfer me to another service agent who still has not called me back to at least answer my questions when I hung up with this "service" rep I was left discouraged and still worried about my car. I have been coming here since I purchased my car in 3014. Not anymore I felt like I was bothering this lady so I am going to another dealership for help.
I would continue to buy cars from Ricky. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. Ricky also helped me out with questions about my car loan. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
I purchased my very first car at Central City Toyota and needless to say that i was extremely satisfied with the whole experience I was very nervous about such a large purchase I did a lot of research came with my paperwork in hand and as soon as I stepped in the front door I was so nervous I just couldn't stand it. Hoever Rick Roy helped ease my mind by walking me thru the process. He answered all my questions even the ridiculous ones and didn't take advantage of me being a first time buyer. I waited a couple weeks before writing this review because I wanted to drive my car for a little while and I'm still extremely happy with the purchase with the experience and I will definitely come back again for my next car.
