Just bought a new 2017 Subaru Legacy from Charlie's and am extremely satisfied with the customer service received! Ryan Fortin is a very personable, helpful, knowledgeable salesman and was of utmost help to us. The Legacy is a zippy little beauty and I know we will appreciate the All Wheel Drive come this winter (along with the heated seats!). So glad we went to Charlie's!! Thanks, Ryan!

we decided to ride from Hampden to Augusta on a recommendation from a co-worker. I called the dealership the day before making the trip. I talked with Mark Eichenbaum and let him know what I was looking for. When I arrived he greeted me and we looked at an Outback that had all the options I was looking for. I was sold after the test drive. Thank you Mark and sales staff! I will be doing my service work in Augusta even if I have to travel from Hampden.

Went to Charlie's to just look at replacing my 2006 Subaru Forester. Ryan Fortin gave us time to view the cars on the lot before asking if we wanted to test drive anything. No pressure at all. I have experienced the high pressure sales pitch from other dealerships so this was such a pleasant experience. Left Charlie's with a brand new 2016 Forester. Thanks to all at Charlie's for your help.

Living in Maine, I have come to rely on the Subaru Outback for the car's road handling capabilities during the winter months. Every mechanic and tire guy I have ever spoken with has recommended Subaru, and the Outback specifically, highly. We are now on our third Outback, the last two purchased from Charlie's.Our latest purchase was handled by Ryan Fortin. We appreciated his courteous, knowledgeable and professional service. My wife appreciated Ryan's helping her connect her I-phone to the new car's blue-tooth system.

We've now purchased 3 Subaru Outbacks from Charlie's Subaru....all with the same salesman, Ryan Fortin. Ryan is awesome. He and the entire sales team take a special interest in learning what you're looking for and finding the car that is just right for you. They are fair, polite and respectful......no pressure.....we've made purchases both with and without trade-ins and either way we feel we've been given a very fair deal. And, once you own your car, you can't beat the Subaru Service Dept. We'll go back to Charlie's next time we're in the market for a new car!

I buy a new car every 2 years and I really used to hate the process to trade. I have visited many dealers. Charlie's does not push or over sell. They are honest and fair. I tell them what I want, they email me back and we set up a trade. I have now returned to Charlie's for my past 8 cars!
