Top notch. Informative, professional, friendly and good work. I have been to a different Toyota dealer that could not be more of a contrast - negatively - in every aspect so the contrast was night and day. I will return to 'my' dealer whenever I need something. I trust them.

I liked the service rep, Kyle, and felt that he was helpful and listened to my concerns. This is one instance where I wish he had suggested adding a service -- since one headlight was out, we should have changed both.

It was fine. The only reason I'm not recommending anyone to your dealership is because you've sent me about 8 emails asking me to do this survey. I really didn't want to do this survey, however, I'm getting sick of deleting your emails. So, congratulations, I'm filling out the survey. Also, I'm never coming in again. I've gone to several Toyota dealerships in the Chicagoland area, none have ever been as annoying as you with the amount of emails you send.
