So, this should be easily understood how important it is. Nick and his staff not only exhibited extraordinary customer service but by the time my deal was none, I left a satisfied customer who will come not only come back to Nick at CityFord again but I will propel all my family and friends. I must say Nick truly understands the meaning of customer service, treating a customer exceptionally well and building a real relationship.

Ford Focus 2014 engine light comes on in 2 yrs 6 mos time, 4700 miles, Car dead stops on highway with no power, can't even back up, call them and no help to me, had to pay towing $200.00 out of pocket to get to their service center, no temp vehicle was offered, they do not do it! After you buy new car, to xxxx with the customer is what you get! Furious as xxxx, they say wait for repairs for 3-4 weeks! Do Not ever Buy Here! Bullshitters! ,,RJ

For such a big business, the workers there cannot even answer the phone. I have called in the last 10 mins literally 8 times and nothing. They cannot work a phone let alone transfer a call to the right department. Just another Ford Dealer almost ready to be shut down.
