This was my first new car since 2001 and I was NOT looking forward to going through the motions of dealing with sales people... I shopped around to see what other Mazda dealers had to offer and took my test drive with Classic Mazda for convenience in location. I met with Gordon Pagano who explained how their service works and we quickly were on the road for a test drive. After a couple days of haggling with other dealers, Classic Mazda had THE best price hands down: After paperwork and all that, my car (filled up and detailed) was brought out on a RED CARPET which was such a nice touch. It made me feel very special and excited about the whole car buying experience. Thank you Gordon and Classic Mazda :-)

I normally wait forever to get my oil changed by someone that forgets I'M the customer and I'm paying for good service in a timely manner. Julie Rose and the folks at Classic Mazda really made the tedious chore of the regular oil change a pleasant and effortless experience. Julie is professional and friendly and does a great job. I'll definitely be back.

I made my opponentonline and was taken care of by Aiesha Jones. She was pleaseant and my car was ready ahead of time. Classic Mazda is doing great with their employees, easy buying experience and easy service experience.

I used to maintained my car in good condition so i followed up my regular appointments.Usually, I used Aiesha Jones for my appointments and yes she is very professional and work fast in order to make her customers happy. She is doing a great job and she also is such a sweet lady!Good customer service!

Wanting to avoid the hassle that I have encountered in buying new cars, I started out by looking for "no dealer fee" and "one price" programs. Found one in Orlando, but then when I tried my Costco car buying program, Classic Mazda East was within $20 of the one price dealer "out the door" figure. What really made the difference initially was Gordon Pagano readily providing every bit of information I requested without demanding a phone number or anything else, while the other dealer wanted a phone number when I emailed a simple question about the color of a car. Then when we met Gordon, he kept asking questions to get every reason to discount the vehicle further - military discount, Mazda family discount, whatever. So beyond the Costco price, we saved another $800 in discounts. There was zero pressure and Gordon simply helped us to get what we were looking for. I couldn't be happier and would gladly make the four hour round trip to buy another car from Gordon.

So patient with my indecisiveness

Mo, Orville, Heath, and Shane were so incredibly patient with me. I test drove 5 vehicles and they pulled up about 4 more for me to consider and look at all the options and packages. I was trying to decide between a Mazda3 5-door (hatchback) and a CX5. These guys were so knowledgeable to help me compare them. 3 nights in a row, I left without a purchase and they were so understanding. They had my number and haven't been pestering me at all. Very professional.

What a great experience we had at Classic Mazda when purchasing our Mazda 3 last week. Brian was our sales person and spent hours with us as we test drove many different models; his patience was impressive and he had a very good attitude. He helped us decide which vehicle suited us the most. We then talked to Eddie regarding financing options. Eddie suggested an option different from what we thought we wanted and in doing so got us a lower payment. Again another patient person with a good attitude. We highly recommend Classic Mazda.
