Until we worked recently with Nick Angle at Coeur d'Alene Honda and bought a new Fit EX-L that we're very pleased with, I'd never been inspired to write a review about a car-buying experience. But Nick is a wonderful mix of knowledgeable and pleasant with a low-key rather than overly-amped energy. It's cliche in these reviews to state that you experienced "no pressure." I'll just say that Nick's patience in answering our every question left us convinced that he genuinely wanted us to find the right vehicle. Instead of trying to hasten our decision, which likely would have eroded our confidence and driven us away, he answered everything we needed to learn. Some of Nick's graceful listening skills added to the finance department would add yet more polish to this impressive dealership.

CDA Honda is a good one to stay away from

I bought a used car that was supposed to have gone through an extensive inspection by their shop. They should have picked up on the leaking radiator that I immediately had to replace at my expense. They also underestimated the licensing cost for Washington State so it cost me another $100 out of pocket on that one. My emails to their sales manager went unanswered but I did get a reply back from one of my contacts from the initial salesman. I won't buy another car from them after paying their full asking price and being met with these surprises soon after the purchase.

My experience was great at first then deteriorated from there out. I had a couple of requests that were not unreasonable and they were ignored. He actually professed how honest he was and then totally lied to me that he could no longer get Honda hats. All I wanted was a $10 Honda hat. I am in sales also and every purchase made with me they receive a free hat with our logo. I explained that to Terry that I would like to receive the same thing. Once the deal was done he no interest in holding up that end of the bargain. Its not the hat its the principal. When you say you are going to do something you do it.

I gave this rating because Terry Koenig was very open helpful and honest in working with me. He provided me with options. Because of his work with me I would return to this dealership. He made the process pretty easy.

This was the first time we have bought a vehicle from cda honda! We had a very professional, honest, low pressure experience. The sales team wanted what was best for our family and helped us get a vehicle that was our price range. They gave us a lot of options to consider. Each sales member was friendly and down to earth! Not pushy or high pressure, which I loved. I will continue to buy my cars through cda honda!
