I bought a 2001 S-type Jag from these folks. Best used car dealership in my 71 yr life. everyone I came in contact with was easy to work with. In general I don't buy used cars from used car dealerships, but I wud buy another one from these folks.Salesperson especially helpful. Gary Martin

Don't go there if you hope to get more than $500 off their asking price. And I bought a different car from a different dealer nicer than the one they had with less miles, etc. for several grand less their asking price. So they are overpriced, but nice selection of cars though.

My only pleasant experience was working with the salespersons in April 2015 and February 2016. They were both professional and accommodating. So much for the niceties. Here's my unfortunate experience. April 2015 I bought my vehicle for cash price of $15,500 and the total invoice $17,031 with a trade in on my car for $3,500. I was amazed when I returned on 2/6/16 (10 months later) to buy a larger car to accommodate my 2 grandchildren. They gave me a trade in value of $10,500 for the car they had just sold me 10 months ago for $15,500. I can't believe a vehicle can depreciate $5,000 within 10 months and only 6,166 miles, gosh that's $500/month for those 10 months. And yes, I purchased the vehicle AS IS but within a week of so of driving off the lot the check engine light comes on. I took the car to an authorized dealership and the partial repair cost me approximately $370. I was so frustrated and called the salesman I purchased the car from and he said to bring it back. He was nice enough to loan me a car and send the car to their shop where I was out another $500. I felt comfortable buying the car as the owner spoke with me during the process and said the previous owner was a friend of his and he was sure the car was in GREAT shape. Hmmmmm......They pride themselves because they.... as they put it.... are the only dealership that provides a lifetime limited warranty on each car at "no charge". Hmmmmmm........ By the way, if you terminate this warranty, you don't receive a refund of any sort as the "dealer bought it". Hmmmmmm......During my return visit to purchase a new car, they recommended that I test drive a 2013 VW diesel for approximately $18,500. I had it over the weekend and luckily found out it's one of the vehicles with the emissions problems. These vehicles are not in demand and have no re-sale value. Authorized dealers are prohibited from selling them and owners of these vehicles are asking VW to buy them back. I couldn't believe they even recommended that vehicle. Hmmmmmmm..................I also found out you can purchase a low mileage 2014 VW Passat (not diesel) for $15,000 +-.They did, however, fix the ding in the windshield and had an extra key made but this was discussed during my purchase process. BUYERS BEWARE & GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes you need it.

After finding the car on Auto trader, we drove over 10 hours to pull into a shady dealership with rude salespeople. I spoke with Jose and made it clear before we left that the car must have what the dealer was advertising, a rear view camera and to check it personally before we made the drive. I asked him if there was any visible defects, scratches, dents etc. He said he personally drove it and knows it does have the camera and was in great shape. We got there to find it had deep scratches all across the hood and the rest of the body. He and another salesperson tried to act like, "What scratches?" the car did not have the rear camera. Tired to contact the owner via website cell phone just to get another salesperson to give me more BS. Stay away from this place.

During the buying process, I overheard the manager in another office complaining loudly to the owner and salesman who was working with me that I don't have enough income, even though I was financing through my bank. Rude, I suppose he thought I was deaf. I just got my car back from an unaffiliated local repair shop. They told me my last alignment was awful, all the numbers were in the red. That one was done at Collierville Auto only a few months prior.

Berated by manager for not having enough income, even though I was financing through my bank. He spoke loudly in a different office and thought I was deaf, I suppose. Just got my car back from an unaffiliated local tire shop. They said my most recent alignment (done at Collierville Auto only a few months ago) was awful, all numbers in the red.

Stereotypical car salesmen...rude and only worried about a sale. And if you don't finance through them, forget about customer service after that!

Straight forward, easy dealing

They had what I wanted and the price was pretty good, so I did not haggle much. Later found out I could have gotten a better deal on the financing, but it sure was easy not to have to run around and just do it all at CAC. I was able to finish all the paperwork, etc and drive off in my new car before I got the down payment check. Just brought it by later. Left my old car in their back lot and retrieved it after hours. No one was pushy or played games, just straightforward get the deal done and treat the customer right.

We have talked on phone several times trying to decide if this is the truck I might want before I drive 4-5 hours to look. Bob has taken extra pictures, pulled up carfax, checked on items like heated seats, took my offer to the BOSS and even offered to meet me to look at the truck on Sunday when they were closed. Never pushy just responding to my questions and needs. We are within $500 of what I have to spend and they still have the truck so Maybe?
