Phil Laccone went above and beyond in my lease of an x5, assisting with a number of things that went wrong because of another dealership and factors beyond our control, even though it had nothing to do with him and I was getting the car from him regardless. He's an honest guy, straightforward, and responsive. On top of that I got a deal that two other dealers refused to even match!

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience I received purchasing my new BMW X5. Its absolutely beautiful and more than I expected. The service was excellent. Phil Laccone, is extremely knowledgable and genuine. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions patiently, I cant even begin to thank him enough for not only my purchase but for being so kind. I most definitly would recommend Phil to my family and friends. Prior to leaving, Nicole Rizzo was detailed and informative. She went over the features and answered my 10 million questions...Just as Phil, Nicole invited me back to assist in setting up and or anything additional that I may need assistance with in the future. My salesperson, Theresa Pierro, was extremely helpful and informative in helping me pick out the vehicle for me. So professional and informative. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I walked in on Tuesday and picked up my car on Wednesday. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT.

I entered this dealership as I entered many throughout the past few months in search of a vehicle. Every dealership had the same gimmicks in terms of ridiculous assumed hidden down payments. Not all dealerships were local to me and when calling ahead, they all claimed to have the vehicle in stock, and they were looking at it. I went, they vehicle was sold. I asked to show me the sales invoice and none were able to produce it.Thats when I arrived at Competition BMW. I had my guards up, and as usual, I was prepared to be harassed into purchasing a vehicle with every penny squeezed out of my pocket. This was absolutely not the case. From the second I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist in what you could immediately see was a relaxed environment. There were no sales people hovering around looking for their next prey. I was introduced to Antonella who had the nicest smile and personality Ive ever seen at a dealership. Used car salespeople are usually very aggressive and not relatable. She was amazing. We started talking about the car and ended up comparing stories about our families and our little ones. She was very kind and knew allot about the vehicle. She took me down to check it out and it was an amazing experience.One concern I had was that I was trading in my vehicle. All dealers fluctuated by 2-4K in difference. It was clear they were trying to significantly undervalue my trade in. They even delay giving you numbers until they know what you're looking for etc. Antonella on the other hand had those numbers ready for me before we even got back to her desk. I didnt even have to argue about it because they gave me the highest amount right off the bat for my vehicle.We did the deal and she even went above and beyond to see if I qualified for any additional savings. Turns out I did and that was AFTER we did all the number. Have you ever been to a user car dealer and saved money AFTER all numbers were negotiated? Me never, but this time I did. Im not saying everyone would experience this, but it tells you something about the staff and the dealership if they save the customer money that could have gone to their bottom line.The paperwork, financing and delivery were smooth and no hassles at all. The car looked even better than it did when I saw it upon pickup. Antonella was personally there to meet with me and make sure everything was up to my liking. No shortcuts were taken, and they genuinely cared more about my experience than anything else. To be honest, I wanted to hang out a bit longer before leaving :-)I would highly recommend this dealer for your purchases. Not only are the prices very competitive, but you do not have to deal with the hassles that typically ruin car buying. It was very relaxing experience. I highly recommend this dealer.

My wife and I have been customers of Competition for over 16 years. This is the fourth vehicle we have leased through Phil. My wife and I have been thrilled with every car we have owned and with the customer service, advice and Knowledge Phil has delivered. We just leased a new 2017, 430 convertible and couldn't be happier. We got the car we wanted at the price we could afford.
