I had been looking for a good used car for a while now. I have run into your typical shady used car dealers, the ones that try and take you for every penny and sell you the biggest piece of crap on the lot. I found a Kia Sportage online and received an email from Steven Slider, of course by this time I was over it, trying to find a dealer who was not trying to scam me was a challenge. Steven went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole car buying experience. It was nice to see someone who took pride in his work and went the extra mile for his clients. He showed me the car I wanted, where the oil changes and state inspections were to be done, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the entire experience. Steven came in on his day off, just to make sure I got the car that I wanted. The family owned car dealership he works for made you feel welcome and comfortable. I have always hated having to go car shopping, and for once now I can say that I have had a great experience buying a car. Our sales rep John Sandhoff was very professional and did an excellent job at putting us in a car with very affordable payments which was very important to my husband and I.
