We are loving our new Nissan Altima from Cragg Motors! The car is low mileage and exceptionally clean, all at an excellent price! Both Kim and Ken were helpful throughout the process, even agreeing to hold the car for us while we waited for our funds to arrive (which took longer than expected). The entire process was simple, no high pressure sales, and we are very happy with our purchase! If you are looking for a great car at a great price we would definately recommend Cragg Motors!

I had planned on going to another larger dealer the same day I visited Ken and Kim at Cragg Motors. I was browsing online to see what I wanted to look at or test drive when I stumbled on a too good to be true deal. The vehicle was advertised at an unbelievably low price (which Ken later explained was due to his low overhead costs) and was in excellent condition, only problem was that there weren't any pictures online. Fortunately, the listing gave both Ken's number and a FREE carfax report; I used both to my advantage and called Ken, who within 15 minutes texted me photos of the vehicle. Not only was this the deal of a lifetime, and not only did Ken impress me with his courtesy before I ever met him, but his wife Kim made the purchasing process fun, enjoyable, and simple! You two make the car buying experience wonderful, and I hope for nothing but the best for you two.

We shopped a radius of 500 miles of Tulsa for our car and hands down Cragg Motors beat everyone. While it can be a bit intimidating buying a car sight unseen, Ken and Kim (Cragg Motors) owners were honest and very helpful. My wife was needing a newer car, so I started looking online & saw a nice looking 2014 Ford Escape at Cragg Motors. After reading the Carfax that came with the listing, we decided to drive to Belton & check it out. The lot was small & packed with nice looking used cars. Kim met us, showed us the car & let us take it for a test drive. When we returned, Ken & Kim told us all about the car & answered all of our questions. We didn't feel any pressure to buy & left to go have lunch. After talking it over, we decided we were not going to get a better deal on a car like this, so we went back to Cragg Motors & bought the car. Kim was very helpful in helping us find the right financing & explained everything as we went along. Having purchased several cars in my life, I must say that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was nice, pleasant & no hassle. When it comes time to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be looking at Cragg Motors first.

I was looking for a Mercury Grand Marquis. Ken Cragg had a 2004 with 31000 miles and the price was right. I drove it and I liked it and everything was fine. I traded my 2004 E-150 Van in on it for a good trade in price and drove away one happy customer. I have since had it serviced at a Ford Dealer and they did a complete inspection. Everything is fine. A plus is that the tires rated 10 out of 10 and the brakes 8 out of 10. People who have seen it find it hard to believe that it is a 2004. The Craggs are very friendly and easy to deal with. I was not pressured in any way to purchase this car and the paper work for the financing was clear and easy. Yes, I would encourage anyone to look into buying at Cragg Motors Thanks Craggs

I have been looking for a very specific car for over three years. I happened upon Ken and Kim's business through a google search and instantly fell in love with the BMW they had on the lot that met my specs. They helped me through the process and I am extremely happy with the car. I will use Ken and Kim for all my vehicle purchases (even if I move far away--Canada, no problem!) from here on and out, and I happily refer friends and family whenever I get the chance.

I've heard it said that many folks would prefer to go to the Dentist than to a dealership to purchase a car. That feeling would certainly change if all car buyers had the same amazing experience my husband and I did when we recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Cragg Motors. We had been looking for quite some time for a used Tacoma, but had a very long list of "must-have" items. We hadn't had much luck and were almost at the point of thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, when my husband saw online the Tacoma that Cragg Motors had for sale. The truck was exactly what we had been looking for, it was in pristine condition, and practically brand new with very low mileage! From Start to finish, Ken and Kim were simply incredible during our truck being experience. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions about the truck and it's background when we first went out to look at it. When we went back to Cragg Motos a couple of days later to finish up the details and pick up the keys, Kim was an amazing wealth of information and and made finalizing the paperwork a very pleasant experience. As if all of this was not enough, just walking into their office was a wonderful experience. We felt like we were walking into a friend's house to visit, as it was decorated so lovely and cozy! This was our first experience with Cragg Motors, but we would definitely go back the next time we're in the market to purchase a vehicle and highly recommend them. Not only were we lucky enough to find our beautiful Toyota Tacoma but we had the pleasure of meeting Ken and Kim who made the entire experience amazing. My husband and I just bought a 2014 Mustang GT Convertible from Ken and Kim and our experience was one of the best we have had in car purchases. We found this car online and drove hundreds of miles to get it. It is always a little un-nerving to buy a car outside of a local dealer where you can carefully inspect and drive it first, however, everything that we were told was absolutely true about the car and we are not disappointed at all. Cragg Motors has the best prices that we could find, they were so professional yet very kind and personable. We started the process of financing with our credit union and ended up getting better services from another bank, with Kim's help. She walked us right through the process and had everything handled within a couple of hours. When we arrived to pick up the car, we found a wonderful facility that was very clean and had a nice home feeling atmosphere. By the time we left, it felt like we had known them both for a long time.
