Almost 3 years ago we purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 5.9 2500 from Crash. As I shipped the truck to PA, I never visited the dealer. In PA, it is almost impossible to get an affordable used truck that isn't about to rust into swiss cheese. I did an extensive amount of researching the dealer, including calling the TX attorney general, Arlington TX occupancy department, mapping the dealership and checking out to make sure they were a legitimate dealer. We had the truck inspected by the local Dodge dealer, had them verify the VIN and condition. A year later we bought my son's 2005 Ford F150 from them. Ricky helped us with both. I had been looking for a black truck with 4 doors for quite some time. I saw it hit the website and called Ricky right away, and he held it for me, generously, as I was out of town and needed to make arrangements for payment. Again, we had the local Ford dealer inspect, verify repairs and VIN. We constantly get compliments from mechanics about the condition and how clean and rust free the trucks are, and at least a half dozen people have asked where we got them from and for their information. Spend the $200 and have it inspected by an independent factory dealer. Buying a used car is always a risk but this helps to mitigate issues.
Bought a 2005 Chevy Avalanche from the staff at Cransh. I say the staff because they really pitched in as a team to make sure that the car was right before I took it home. They had only had the car for 3 days when we purchased it. Some issues came up when they took it for inspection. They absolutely busted their butts to make sure that the car was right. Kudos to Nick, and his mechanics for their team efforts to correct the issues. Kudos to Miguel for putting up with an buyer (me) that was a bit impatient at times. We have had the truck a month now... not one issue has come up! Thank you guys.
Outstanding business model! They believe it's better to put money into repairing used vehicles rather than discounting price. I just bought a used Ford F-150 from them and couldn't be happier (even though the mileage was high). The truck is in cherry condition and Cransh Auto saves all the boxes the parts came in for their repair of that specific vehicle so you can see what has been done. Miguel Espinoza was our sales agent and he is a fountain of information on each vehicle they sell and what has been done for repairs. He stayed with us through the identification and acquisition process correcting any problems we found. I highly recommend him for your sales advisor (214-623-7771). I might also mention that these are used cars and trucks not new ones so there may be some imperfections and blemishes, but nothing you can't accept. Try them...you'll like them!!
Brought in a car we had previsoulsy purchased from Cransh for service and Sam did the repairs for less than half what another garage (in the City) estimated, and actually did more work on top of that, in a shorter time.
Bought two cars from Ryan and Ricky at Cransh. Great experience! The no-baloney pricing was a refreshing experience, and they do price fairly. Especially after the maintenance they perform before offering a vehicle for sale. They encouraged us to have our independent mechanic check out the cars, and were very accomidating about us doing so. Fair deal on a great Mustang and an awesome Porsche! We will be returning to Cransh when our younger son starts to drive soon too. Thanks Ryan, Ricky and the whole gang at Cransh Auto Sales!
I have been in the market for a used car for a couple of months for my daughter. I found two cars that died when I about to give the check to them. Cransh is awesome. They have a great inventory and I took the car to my mechanic and it passed with flying colors. He said I found a great used car. I bought a Honda Civic. He even shined it up for me before I gave to my daughter. Thanks for restoring my faith in finding a good used car.
i just buy a Mitsubishi montero sport from this dealer and i maded back to corpus christi with out a single problem, the guys there at cransh are very good on what they do and the facilities and attention of the guys on the office are even perfect, thanks for the great service and i will come back to buy cars from them.
I truly wish I'd found these guys when I moved to Texas 26 years ago! My car and I were attacked by a Waste Management recycle bin and of course they denied any responsibility. I went to TWO body shops to get a new mirror for my 2005 Chevy Aveo..just the part was $290 then more for paint, labor to put it on, etc. I called Cransh where I bought the car (and am extremely pleased). They ordered ythe part, painted AND installed it for $138. !!! They meant it when I bought the car and said, "If you need anything, just call"! They have a customer for life !!! -Kay

Purchase 2005 Honda Civic late Sept. 2015. Miguel saw I had done my homework on 3 cars I found on their website and whiz me through test driving them. Great service Miguel :-) George in finance very nice and process paperwork with easy. Great smile George :-) Recently I had a few minor issues with the car and went back prepared to argue and ending up laughing enjoying myself while my car issues were being taking care of. Big Thank You Sexy Sam :-) Promise I'll be back!
