After driving 2 and half hours twice to this dealer and test driving a car. I was told someone would contact after a day and half no answer I messaged them to find that they had sent the car to auction. The salesman were very rude on top of everything else. They also wanted me to buy the car then they would do the used car inspection and fix the problems, yea right. Glad I didn't buy it because look they didn't want to fix it. They let me and my husband is test drive it twice before they had even looked at it. Yet they had it listed for sale.
Long story short, I am disabled and my 16 yr old car lost its transmission. I am on disability and on a minimum budget and was stuck at my apartment having pizzas delivered for meals. I shopped online and found several cars at different dealerships. I decided I would take a cab and look. I called crest first to see if it was still there and it was so told the salesman my situation and he said he would have it ready to show me. Five minutes later his boss called and wanted my address and that the salesman was bringing it to me to see. 3 hours later I was on my way home with my new car. they sold a car and I got a great deal but most of all they where a Godsend to me as I was in a horrible situation and depressed. God bless Crest and staff and I love my car !
Very quick response to request for information. Follow up email and phone call received. was not high pressure. Was called when vehicle I was interested in was sold and made suggestions for alternate vehicles available.
I had a puckered rim after hitting a huge pothole in the dark and the tire was going flat. Roadside repair came to my house, put on a spare and took the rim and tire back to Crest to be repaired. Roadside repair then returned to the house to put the repaired rim and tire back on my car, the rim looked like new. Very satisfied.

I would have recommeded this dealer to all who ask, but since they are leaving Plano and moving to Frisco it will be impossible to continue using their services. Therefore, it would not be advisable to purchase a new vehicle from them. There is no reason to recommend a dealership outsidethat is leaving Plano for Frisco. It would be too much of inconvenience!
