On Monday, August 15, 2016, Check-Engine Light lit, while driving to a dog training session. Pulled off the road to call Crown Service. Told by representative that the car could not be seen until Monday, August 22, 2016, and if the light started blinking to stop driving it immediately. Ummm . . . with dogs in the car, and on the side of a busy road? Really? Not the kind of urgency I would have expected from the representative. Not only that, most tow truck drivers will NOT take dogs. These dogs are our equivalents of other people's kids. Not acceptable.Then on Tuesday, I shared my concerns via the online service page, which resulted in a call from a surveying agency, as what must have been a delay or diversionary tactic, because the person with whom we spoke had absolutely no clue why she was talking to us. She thought it was in regards to a new sale. She simply said go back to the dealership and talk to the manager. So, let me get this straight: I must take time off work to talk to a manager, in order to get the level of urgent customer service that should have been delivered at the beginning. Nope, not going to happen.The bottom line: We will take the car into Service on Monday, August 22nd to have the Check-Engine light issue resolved, then we are trading it. We use the car to transport dogs. We must have something reliable and a service department that treats us with respect in light of that.

We had been shopping for a car for our daughter, who had her heart set on a Fiat 500. I was able to find the exact car she wanted in their used inventory. The purchase was very easy. This is probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

We were actually shopping at a competitor dealership when we saw a Fiat up close for the first time, my wife loved the car immediately, so we enquired about the fiat and found it was in our price range. We asked the dealer if they had the same vehicle in a convertible, and was told they only had a hard top, but the dealership was willing to add a moon roof so we told them wed come back for a test drive that afternoon. Well we never made it back to that dealership, Crown of Dublin not only had the model we were looking for, the fiat was less expensive with less mileage then the fiats we looked at online and at the other dealership.Josh Linton and Steve were very professional, accommodating and knowledge, Josh went the extra mile by filling up the fuel tank and giving the car a little extra detailing. I would definitely recommend Crown Dublin to my friends and family.

I called about a 2011 Honda Civic and was told that the vehicle was still available for sale and I could look at it. Upon arrival the vehicle was out ready for me to take it on a test drive. Sales consultant Doug Carmean was helpful with getting me the information I needed. I ended up purchasing the 2011 Honda Civic thanks to the help of Doug Carmean at Crown Fiat of Dublin.

A Fiat dealer might have been an unlikely place to shop for a Cadillac but glad we made the trip. I found the car via the internet and found their communication to be excellent. Upon arrival we were met by our sales person (Douglas Carmean) who had the car we were interested in out front waiting on us. Douglas is a very personable person and my wife & I both liked working with him. I feel we got a very fair deal and would do it again without hesitation. Most importantly, my wife loves the car so I could do no wrong for the rest of the day.. :-)
