New brake line, cylinder were replaced above truck's CRACKED FRAME by 4 mechanics. 1/2 monies returned, not full. Could've been killed driving.
Recently had my car taken in for a recall on a 2010 Ford Fusion. At the time my check engine light was on and someone took it upon them self to run a diagnostic test on my car WITHOUT making it aware to my step dad who had taken it in for me seeing I was at work. They then charged me $50 for the test that my step dad had never confirmed for them to do. I think this absolutely ridiculous that they went and did this without even asking because if I wanted to know what was wrong with it I would've taken it to auto zone or a family friend mechanic who wouldnt charge an arm and a leg for something so ridiculous.
My girlfriend and I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford fusion. Overall the experience is that of your typical dealer however I felt that maybe buying a used car from these guys may not be the best choice. Doesn't seem like they car to much about what they sell. As we continued into purchasing the car we had requested that a couple scratches on the hood be buffed out which they promised they would do their best and clean up the car. I could not be there to pick it up ,so as I inspected the car when my girlfriend brought it home , they did not clean a single thing on the car . inside was just the way it was when it was at the dealer . (dirty). And as for the scratches on the hood all they did was put a small coat of wax on the spot to cover it. (Came off in a single wash ) . this car was for my girlfriend and I was looking to replace my truck as well. Guess I'll look elsewhere, maybe somewhere else will hold up to their end of the deal.
Justin was making sales calls inquiring if I wanted to or was interested in trading my car in because the dealership was looking for 2012. So my experience at the dealership was excellent from Justin M. who was polite, courteous, patient and helpful in my making my decision to upgrade to a 2016 from 2012 which I was hesitant about doing, but guest what, I did and I love the Fusions anyway. Jay the manager was also just great as was Chris the sales area receptionist. I am a Dave Smith Ford Ambassador. Thank you Justin, Jay and Chris you are a great sales team - I truly had team work and of course would refer anyone looking for a car to Dave Smith.
So happy with my new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I decided to lease this vehicle. I feel like a queen driving my new truck. I received many compliments on it!!! Excited to drive!! Matty was so helpful. He spent limitless time with me over a period of days to assist me with all of my needs. He is a wonderful salesman. Most importantly, the best of the best! Dave Smith came over to shake my hand after my purchase. I appreciate Dave Smith for being so down to earth. Truly the best experience ever. When I picked up my 2016 Explorer Sport it was full of gas, they gave me a ton of free car washes, and it was meticulously detailed. The financial department was amazing. Extremely knowledgable. She was so patient and kind. Kudos Matty and Dave. I WILL refer all of my colleagues. Forever greatful on the best price around!!!!

Overall experience was great. Would recommend to a friend. Hopefully the follow through on the warranty will be the same and not just "talk" .
This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from Dave Smith Ford. I was very satisfied with the qualified sales person and the service that was given.
I had stopped in one day looking at the new Ford 150 Super-crew pick up trucks. As i was walking around the lot, Justin Morton (salesman) saw me and asked me if he could help me. Justin showed me the differences between the models and assisted me with my choice. There was no pressure or hasty sales talk as you normally get when looking at vehicles. Justin was not calling me every day to inquire and knew I needed time to decide on buying or leasing. He assisted me with my trade in and exactly received an additional $500.00 more than originally offered which was more than fair. The paper work went smoothly and I have had my truck for about two weeks picking it up on 3-21-2016. Once I got it home the following day I saw a small scratch and called Justin. He told me to bring it in and he would have it immediately taken care of. Can't asked for more than that. In addition, I also had contact with Matt (Finance Dept) who was also very helpful with the different plans and options available for financing. Over all, I have purchased new vehicles every two years and will be back at Dave Smith Ford to buy my next one there. I have already refereed two of my co-workers who will check them out early summer for new vehicles.
