Basically they gave me a internet price and that was it then low balled me on my trade. Talked bs numbers but little did they know I know my car shopping. They gave me the Internet price because I told him it was lower than what i got walking in the door. Then they said its a mistake and they will honor it. Week later that price is still there on the web. Then they were 2500.00 off on my trade when I walked in to take home the car. I walked out. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with the GM was a joke did not care did not counter offer or try to make my trade more. She just basically said that's the bottom line. So internet price and horrible trade in value. What do we need to have humans at this dealership for then Dayton cut your OI down.
Dayton Andrews has the rudest, most unprofessional owner/ manager imaginable. He does not care about anything but ripping you off. I have never had anyone talk to me in the manner in which he did. I had a problem with my vehicle the night I drove it home, when I contacted them they could have cared less. Basically I was told " you bought the vehicle, it's not our problem"......... Wow, really?Do not go to this dealership, I wish I hadn't.
I brought my Jeep Commander into the service department because my Tire Monitor light was constantly going off. They checked it out and installed a new sensor in one of my tires. After picking up the car and driving home for 3 miles, the light sensor came on again. I called the service department and told them they did not fix my problem and their response to me was this.... Tough! YOU MUST HAVE HAD ANOTHER SENSOR GO BAD.I took the car into another shop and they discovered that not only did they put the wrong sensor in my car, it was also bad. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this dealership. If they can take me for $200 to fix a tire sensor, they will definitely take your money. Go to a different dealership and do not give them any of your business.Bob Richardson

This dealership is a JOKE! I bought a jeep on a Saturday..the salesman told me to bring it back on Monday to be serviced and cleaned up. He also said it would only take a day. I brought the jeep in Monday night and it wasn't ready until Wednesday night. Then on Saturday, the jeep started to make a knocking noise. We brought it to a mechanic who said the rod bearings are pretty much shot and that there is def some engine issues. I decided to bring the Jeep to another mechanic on Monday night and have them give me a second opinion. When I picked up the jeep Tuesday night, they confirmed there was a definite noise coming from the engine and could very well be the rod bearings. I brought the jeep straight to the dealership that same night but of course, there wasn't anybody to speak with. We ended up talking with one of the sales managers who drove the car herself and also heard that sound. We decided to leave the car at the dealership over night and have somebody look at it. We were told somebody would be calling us in the morning and let us know what was happening..the next day at 3:30 still no phone call. I had to call myself and of course the lady that we spoke to last night wasn't in. I was transferred to a service manager and was told the car is being worked on and they weren't sure how long it would be before the problem was fixed. I asked if somebody could please give me a call and let me know because I now have to share a vehicle with my bf - which is the whole reason we needed a car in the first place! He said somebody would call and apologized for not being contacted earlier. My boyfriend decided to call the sales manager himself to find out what was going on. He left a voice mail with him just wanting to find out what was going on with the jeep. Well the sales manager called me and when I told him why we were calling, he was a complete JERK - his tone was sarcastic and nasty. He was extremely rude and when I expressed my concern about having my car only a week and only having it in my actually possession for a few days, all he could say is i understand and we are doing the right thing. He had no idea when the car would be done and told me I need to contact somebody else for a status update..WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP CONTACTING YOU!? You should be contacting me! That's what good customer service is. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say and had no remorse for selling me a piece of crap.. I am completely appalled that I would be talked down to like that. I just bought a $20,000 car from you and this is how I'm treated? If I would have known this is how I would be treated a week after buying my jeep I would have NEVER stepped foot into a place like that. I am completely disgusted with this dealership and their so called "manager"..what a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Amazing. Very courteous team from start to finish. I will be back. Thanks team Dayton Andrews. I pulled in needing air in my tires before a long drive to Spring Hill, not only did they put air in my tires but they found a piece of plastic that could have hindered my drive. They fixed it immediately and I was on my way within 10 minutes thanks again guys for a job well done.
Disappointed. Have dealt with this store for three purchases with friends over the last 7 years, 1 was a repeat buyer and always had a good experience and the experience was good until this last trip. Tried to buy recently. Salesman #1 was new to this store...he didn't work for us. Finally had to fire saleman #1 get another salesperson after going round and round for 4 days. Randy Booth, experienced, helpful, got us some answers ASAP for a poor guy who ended up in the crossfire of all this. Randy #1 in my book. Got us in to manager, Pam who was courteous and helpful. She in turn got us in to Wanda in finance. Unfortunately they came back with an astonomical payment which means the interest rate was ridiculous. Too bad, we wanted the vehicle very much. Found same vehicle, color and all with a lot less miles at a local Ford Dealer. Bottom line out the door price was about the same (acutally better because the bottom line included the extended warranty), payment much less than one from Dayton Andrews, (Like in excess of $100.00 less a month, including an extended 2 year warranty). Felt like we were given an astronomical figure for a payment so we would just go away. Too bad, our money was green at the Ford Store, we were treated royally and they worked hard to put together a deal that worked for us. We were driving the new car two days after we saw it. And, they gave us $2300.00 more for our trade. Guess Dayton Andrews doesn't want to sell cars too badly. Shame they have lost my faith..
