This is the third car I've purchased from Jason and the Dean Team and every experience has been great. This time i needed and inexpensive but reliable car for my son and I knew I could trust Jason to help me. The same evening I went in to talk to Jason about what I was looking for he called me and said he had something that may work in my price range. Two days later I was able to look at the car and bought it. It was perfect for us.
We went in thinking we would just test drive and look over the used vehicle in mind, after filling out some paperwork and discussing a possible trade in (which we didn't even have with us) we finalized the paperwork within 2 hours and drove home our "new" used vehicle, couldn't be happier with our purchase and our sales consultant Jason

This is the 3rd Jetta I have purchased here since 2002. Always great to work with. Scott had been there and involved with every one of my deals. Ryan was a pleasant and knowledgeable but did not pressure me to purchase. The experience was relaxed and I made a deal quick. Dustin processed the purchase paperwork quickly with no nonsense like some dealer finance groups try to pull. Overall a great car buying experience.
I found out on a Monday night at 7:30 that I needed a car in a big hurry. I contacted Molly Newberry, and got a call from Jason Moore within 15 minutes. By 8:15 I'd been approved for financing on the exact vehicle I wanted. I picked up my vehicle the next day. The paperwork (thanks Dustin) took less than 5 minutes. The Dean folks went above and beyond the call of duty for me. The only reason I rated them a "5" is because the review wouldn't let me give them an "11".
Carl did an awesome job of presenting the Vehicle and gave me the chance to test drive it for quite some time, which i found awesome. After the Test drive i knew i wanted an WRX STI. Carl made it happen. I couldn't be happier with the Vehicle and the customer service and care that Carl Presented.
Tony Wright was a courteous and knowledgeable salesman, who answered every question thoroughly, and did not pressure me at all. He helped me every step of the way, tackling hurdles in financing (due to my less than stellar credit) with the help of Mr. Rick Richard. I felt so at ease during this purchase, it was like I was among family! I highly recommend this dealership, and would not hesitate to send any friends or family their way.
I left my car today to have it serviced and inspected. The service rep was friendly and experienced. Fast service and Excellent customer service.Happy
