They were very helpful in helping us get the the car that we wanted at the terms that we wanted. They also made sure we were in and out in a reasonable time.
I came into the dealership to test-drive a specific car. I was greeted right away with the salesperson, Andrew, who did a great job walking me through the entire sales process. Ammar, in the finance department was excellent also!Because I had driven there I expected to have to come back the the next day to pick it up with a family member. I was surprised when Andrew offered to drive the car to my home....at the end of a full day that was music to my ears and great customer care!

After having an extremely horrible customer service experience at our local dealership my husband and I drove four hours to buy our car from Dick Hannah. They were fast, friendly and there were no hidden surprises. If I had to do it all over again I would make the drive just to deal with these awesome people. Oh and Apple is awesome! She had everything ready to go when we got there. When we buy another Subaru we will be going back to see them!
